Total Frustration getting any communication out of this supplier! Advised them by email not to ship a delayed item of my order, since initial shipping was far past what they quoted and it would never be received in time for Christmas as it was a gift. No response then they ship anyway. Told them they might as well hold it up from leaving China. Again no acknowledgement or response! As others have complained the first item in my order was terrible quality and didn't match dimensions of their online size chart. Stay away.

Product never showed up. Tried to contact the company through their listed customer service. Never got a response. Also impossible to track shipping on Arrive. Do not buy from them.

A company called Koseo sold the same clothes and they ripped me then I tried this company and same thing. No order, no email reply.

Ordered, received notification that order was received and shipped but never received. Follow up requests for order information ignored. Shipped from China only information I was provided. My advice is stay away, don't order anything!

They advertise a nice sweater that would fine a normal adult Male and I received was tiny (might fit my 13yo) and it was not even sweeter woven - it was cloth like material and not at all like it was advertised.
