I ordered contacts and they sent the wrong ones after taking months to ship from China. I sent them a screenshot of my order and a photo of what I received instead as requested. They replied that they don't offer refunds and charged my credit card for a random item!

I also ordered contacts in specific colors and after a month they finally sent 2 sets of contacts in random colors that I did not order, their customer service is non- existent. They wrote me from This email *******@giantbeetech.com
