These guys take your money, then tell you there is a problem and if you send more money the problems goes away! Never could get a straight answer. Said item shipped but never would give tracking number.

I too got scammed by these a-holes...

I chose to use a gold debit card but the transaction was never completed... later that day i got a email from them saying that my order was ready to be shipped within 48 hours but there was a problem with their bank so they wanted me to pay via Western Union to a bank account in the Cayman Isles... I immediately saw it as a red flag and i sent them a link to "this ripoff report" and asked them if it was a scam... they said no and that this ripoff report was made by a rival company who wanted to hurt their business... OK makes sense i thought... i then asked them if there was any other options available than Western Union and he offered me to pay with Paypal if i would send the money as a "gift" so it wouldn't get tracked or else they would get in trouble... fair enough i thought... i paid him the $135...

3 days later i contacted them and asked why there is a delay... they said this in broken English "there were little delays but all is ok now"... i replayed and asked them when they expect to have it shipped... they never replied... i tried to reply to the same email the day after and the day after that but i still got no replies...

I contacted them a few days after all that via the contact form on their website "customer service" and they told me " we shall get you updates soon"... i waited 24 hours and never heard from them...

The day after that i asked them to cancel my order... i asked the same question a couple days in a row... and i never got a reply...

I now consider $135 of my welfare money as stolen...

So never shop at Ninja-Chemicals because they will take your money and never send your order or cancel it for you...

They will just take your money and assure you that everything is fine forever...
