DONT buy from them I have ordered a telescope ladder at the end of June 2021 and it still hasn't arrived I have contacted them many times and they keep saying that it's been delivered. I had to check. With the post office and Hermes and both said that even seen the package. This company has poor customer service and expects the customer to run around. I have asked for a refund but they are not replying to my emails. Mark
I order a 6 meter telescopic ladder from them and after waiting almost 3 weeks for it to be delivered, I got sent a pair of cheap earphones. I have sent them 3 emails and have been completely ignored. Stay away from their website!.
I ordered a 6 meter telescopic ladder from about 5 months ago. I've emailed them several times about it not being delivered. All they keep saying is check with the post office and offering £5 compensation instead of the refund I have requested.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
