First of all I would like to start with my purchase. I purchased several items and in those items was a spark plug $10 and some change. I received it in a reasonable time frame but I also paid $30 and some change after I paid shipping! $17 and some change. Now I'm waiting on my other items that I ordered on December 11 and here it is December 29 not to mention I paid for 3-5 day shipping on those items. What's worse is I can't check one the time frame that they will arrive because it says Dropship processing. So I'm not very happy with my experience with this company. I understand that sometimes we have delays but I would like to be informed on those delays not just saying Dropship processing. That doesn't tell me anything.
