Couldnt surf with crome bcause of som kind of problem with the server i was connected to. I manager to get it to work within an hour but the support team hade a really Quick response reade to help.

I had a really bad experience with NordVPN. It took constant emailing back and forth to get the product working with Australia servers. To their credit they kept coming back with tips for handling the problem but one at a time over the course of an entire month instead of giving me all the tools to get the product working up front. It never did work successfully 100 % of the time. It was a constant struggle. But the worst part is how they handled my cancellation. They charged me for the following month a day before the end of the subscription period. I checked my account details online and it said the subscription period ended the following day. I emailed them to cancel the subscription but they refused to refund the month they had charged me for in advance, even though I had met the terms of the user agreement. We went around and around in circles about it, and then they said that the subscription period ended the day they charged me, not the following day, which was not what their own website had stated in my account details. It was really frustrating and downright shady.

I am not tech knowledgeable at all! And this team helped me figure out my VPN over many days as I had question after question on how to do this and how to that. They responded quickly and efficiently and were very friendly! What a great team! Honestly, I wish I could send them all a muffin basket! Fabulous! Highly highly recommend.

I had an issue with my internet access after using NordVPN successfully for years. Their customer service was top-notch and helped resolve the issue. Their customer service is even better than their great VPN.
I had an issue regarding my wifi connection not working with my VPN, once I got in contact with them, they immediately started helping giving out possible procedures, and my issue was solved extremely quick
Support team found a work around when the VPN started blocking all internet traffic when connected. Able to respond within an hour or two with options.
I signed up for a 3 month plan. The service mostly worked well enough. HOWEVER, be advised, they auto renew and bill a full 2 WEEKS in advance. I was planning to cancel the service before the 3 months was up, had it on my calendar with a reminder. But, they don't want you to cancel, so they bill you 2 weeks early. I contacted them as soon as the confirmation hit my inbox, but they refused to cancel/refund me. Said it's in the terms and conditions. I asked if they could just refund the renewal as a courtesy, but they don't do courtesy. And so in 3 months I will never do NordVPN again.
