I ordered one pair of shoes, that went great. I ordered two more, one was good, the other pair of shoes were missmarked and did'nt fit me. I was asked to take pictures. I did and proved they were sized wrong. They said when I ordered another item, they would send me the corrected shoes.So I ordered another pair of shoes so I get the first ones. They sent me the same bad sized shoes again and the new shoes I ordered came in the wrong size. They won't send me new shoes to correct their mistake. They want me to send the shoes back first. This would cost $45.00 so I said I can't. They said they would credit me $ 35.00 but I paid $100.00 for the shoes. I told them it was their mistake and I should'nt have to take the hit for it. I complained to Paypal( they won't cover it)and now the company won't reply to my emails.So basically I got totally screwed by this company!
The shopping is good the products are knockoffs, but for people who are use to shopping at flea markets (like me) it's like having a flea market online, they have just about all the name brand clothing and shoes you can think of just make sure to add a note in the remarks box if you have any special instruction for them. But I say again the products that they sale are knockoffs, if most of the name brand clothes that we wear are made in China anyway you might get lucky and buy the real deal at the faction of the cost, now that's cool.
