I ordered a french bulldog planter See below and was sent a bulldog planter see below. I have written to them various times to get a full refund and they refuse to give it to me. They are offering a 20% discount and they want me to keep the wrong planter. I do not want the incorrect planter but my money back and they wont agree for me to send the wrong planter back.

Horrible Experience with this new site. Purchased a dog planter for $39.99 + $4.99 S&H- very cute in pictures and described as being made of wood. It arrived ready to assemble. One had to fit notched pieces into a piece with holes. The problem was the notches were bigger and squarer that the holes. In trying to fit the pieces together the main piece snapped in half. It is when I realized that the product was just made of foam core pieces. Not wood at all. Writing to the company was a joke. They offered me a 5% discount. I sent them all the photos and told them the product was made of foam and defective in that it was impossible to assemble. I showed them! They didn't care - Initially, they offered me a whopping 5% discount saying that I could still use the product! I said that it can only be trashed, so they offered me an additional 5% off and in several more emails kept insisting the product was usable. I have had better conversations with walls! They told me it would cost ME a fortune to return it. I gave up and filed a complaint with PayPal. They were terrible and could care less. I weighed all of their supposedly "Wood" pieces - 8.85 ounces for the whole planter! Made of a step above air.

Ordered 3 scottie dog planters, $36 each. Took 29 days to get them, and they were the wrong dogs! They were schnauzer planters. My kids own scotties, which is why I ordered them. They offered a 10% refund, and I could keep the schnauzer planters. Kept going back and forth, and their final offer was 90%, but I HAD TO SHIP THE PLANTERS TO CHINA, and pay for it!
Bottom line is don't do business with them.
