“Poor service.”

I did an order and did payment for 2 bottles of redimind since april 18,2023. I tried to call and send message to the email provided in the site to follow up it many times but no reply receive from your company. It was a very poor service. Your products was recommended by a friend to me but I was disappointed by these experience. I just need a refund if they cannot send my orders at all. But until now they did not reply to me.

They've taken my money, but no delivery. The help line will take another order from me, but won't/ can't see my existing order. I received an email telling me my order had been delivered and as far as they're concerned, that's all they can do. The help telephone line is telling me to email customer support, but the email is inoperatble. BUYER BEWARE!

Tip for consumers:
Very unhelpful and evasive. It gave me the feeling that this was intentially a scam.

I contacted Nutreance for a refund well within their refund policy as the product was ineffective for me. The product was shipped on Sep 25th/23 and received Oct 3 as I am located in Canada.

I emailed several times but had no response. Emails sent Oct 17 & 18. I called customer service Oct 20 and was advised that I must wait for a response to my email and had no reason to worry as I am well within their 30 day refund policy.

I emailed again Oct 23 to follow up and was told my request is denied because I am outside of their policy requirements.

I had to contact my creditor to dispute the transaction and am awaiting a response. I give 0 stars for product & negative 5 stars if I could for customer service.

It's now Nov 21 and have still not had any response from Nutreance in regards to a refund. Please do not buy this product.

Tip for consumers:
Terrible Experience…they do not honour the full money back guarantee. If their product does not work good luck getting your money back

This company does not live up to their return policy. They ignore all your requests even if the product was returned according to their specific instructions. Service has hung up on me 3 times and all emails are ignored

They only correspond returns thru emails that are ignored

The product was shipped with UPS and then via local post. The tracking number was incorrect and no forwarding address or contact details were left with the final shipper. Customer support told me to once again use the incorrect tracking number and were not at all supportive. Much time spent trying to trck the parcel myself. Strongly recommend to use an alternate comnpany.

Tip for consumers:
Package not received more than 2 weeks after final shipping date given.

Their customer service is as bad as you could possibly imagine. There is no customer service.
They provide a support line that they ignore and do not respond to.

I just received a response from Nutreance about my issues with them & it all has to do with their 'non-existing' customer service team. That same person must have written its horrible/slanted response as it was all lies, yes all of it. I wrote to them about 4 times & have called ( George - a good rep.) but the person who responds to its customers is way out of line. All I ever asked of them was a tracking number & who is the carrier & they got mad at that. The next time I asked them a question about my order they simply told me it was in the hands of FedEx & I would need to deal with them. Just yesterday I received a very good response from FedEx after I had sent in my first issue complaint as I received zero assistance from Nutreance & told them I don't know how they could stay in business with their attitudes like they have. They responded with; " We are no longer interested in doing business with you." I have never sworn & or threaten them. The person who handles & or writes in customer support is a total liar & has lost his was or a very sad & unhappy person. All I ever asked of them is what any normal customer would have done. Like where's my stuff, what; s the latest status of my delivery & they just threw me under the bus with their rudeness. Also I made no demands, just normal questions. Lastly I asked to speak to a supervisor & or an H. R. Rep & was simply told "No." Sincerely, Jesse

They claim that they have a 30 day return policy and that you can return empty bottles. Now let's do the math. 30 days from the date of purchase so let's minus 3 days maybe even 5 for delivery so now you have 25 days to return it. Now you try to follow the policy and call the number and select refund just to be placed on hold for hours so by the time you actually get on the phone with,multiple attempts you are now passed the 30 days which really isn't a full 30days to start with. I should have read the reviews I would have saved myself agrevation and money.

Please do not order from this company, Nutreance. My order was not delivered to me as the tracking status indicated 'incorrect delivery address' which I have checked thoroughly that the address which I provided is correct.

Written them a few emails but no reply at all. I requested for a refund but they didn't bother to reply to me.

Please DO NOT order from them. They could have taken your monies from your purchased order but did not bother to deliver the products to you!
It's just like being cheated!

I never come across such a bad company which never respond at all! I think this is their 'usual practice' ignoring customers emails on unsuccessful delivery!

I do not even want to give 1 star, not at all. But we need to at least click a star here in order to give reviews!

Don't get cheated by them. I am based in Singapore. Don't place any order from them! Stay away from Nutreance!
