Bought a beautiful dress for work. Put it on, Gorgeous! After 1 hr of wearing this dress, it no longer fit. It became so saggy, loose, no form, baggy, disgusting. I was so embarrassed wearing it that I HAD to write this review. So horrified and disappointed in NY&C for this horrible quality.

50 percent of my wardrobe are New York & Company purchases. I have been a customer for 6 years or more, they may sometimes seem over priced on certain items but they also have some type of promotion going. And the clothing is all of good quality.

I placed my order on 5-1-2022, beside my order confirmation I have not received anything else. Package has not shipped nor processed. I have called several time and still have not been able to speak to anyone. I've been on hold for over an hour, tried calling all different times of the day…. This was my first, and last time ordering from them.

This is a sorry company to do business with. I had a perfect credit score until I tried many times to speak with a representative that spoke English. They confused everything whe I tried to get a credit on something I did not order. Dropped my credit score 100 points. All because I can't speak Chinese. I closed my account and have to call all 3 credit bureaus to clear it. This is your warning about doing business with them.

They have closed all their stores so you have to pay to ship back items.
I bought a bunch of clothes for my nieces for Christmas from NY&CO, they didn't fit and live out of my state. By the time i got the items back from them it was over 45 days. I spoke to lots of managers but not one would help. I lost over a hundred dollars and had to pay shipping. All they would pay me back is 30% of what i paid and they are still selling the items at regular price. What a rip! I'm cutting up my NY&Co credit card and will never shop there again!

I placed an order with New York & Company Styles (not to be confused with nyandcompany.com). This company is a fraud! New York & Company Styles is a business which is based out of China. They will send you messages that seem legitimate indicating that the product has been shipped and even provide a bogus tracking number. If the website is not nyandcompany.com - DO NOT BUY! I never received the merchandise nor did I receive a refund despite being told more than a month ago that I would receive the refund within 7 days. I have placed a complaint with the BBB and hope that I will be able to get my money back.

Filed with BBB. Keep dragging feet on refund. They keep extending time for when they will give it to me. Excuse after excuse. Will not get supervisor. Done playing their games. Be warned.

They finally said they'll issue my refund (after getting BBB involved, coincidentally) but now they are taking the shipping amount out of my refund! They sent me the wrong item and I'm being penalized! What a joke of a company

Now, I am going to be honest, New York and Company is one of those places that I do not shop often and is definitely not my fave store. Their clothes are cute but if you are splurging a little, there are better things to splurge on. I put a nice rating because the service was great and the clothes are cute (I got a purple sweatsuit by the way). The only issue I had was that their clothes are not the best option for short people. I am pretty short so I expected the pants to be a little long but the jacket was way too long. I felt that they should have had some kind of options for people with shorter torsos. All in all, it is a hit or miss situation just be careful.

I will never order from this website again. I placed an order ONE MONTH AGO and didn't receive 2 of the 5 items (one item sat in the warehouse with a shipping label for over 7 business days - continental USA shipping of 5 shirts should NOT take a month!) My offer for this gross mismanagement? 15% off my next order applied retroactively if I contacted customer service after placing the order. Every time I ordered from this website it was a major headache. Most of the time the items are out of stock in my size. On the rare occasion they are not, items get cancelled from my order 3 days later (because they actually WERE out of stock). One may as well order from a knock-off garbage site in China for all this hassle.

Yes this is the 2nd time i order something online and request to pick it up at the store of the location thats available. Ok there policy states pick up order same day you will receive an email saying ready for order pick up, if you order before 6pm and after 6pm its the next day pick up, But each time i did that order way before 6pm infact it were at 10:00 am, so i waited on the email tell me my order were ready but i never did receive no email, so the next day came still no email, so im getting worry now of what i had order they may be all sold out now of my size if they dont hurry up and get my order ready, because i sid this an couple months ago an final after 2 days they email saying they no longer had my size that they had to refund my money back, i were like what see this whats happen when yall not on yall job.so when i spoke to one of the salesperson she gonna say well we dont do orders on the weekends cause we be ro busy and i said that's not what yall email say when the order is place. New York is so full of it there on line purchase to pick up in store. They need ro change there email message then if they not obligated to that email cause you call that False advertising! If i could give them an zero i would cause it sucks!

I first came to this site because I'm not a teenager anymore and needed something more sophisticated. The material is good but if your going out to get pants go to the store and try them on first. I bought 4 pairs of size 10 and two feel like I need a belt, the other two fit fine. Also they have sales like buy one get one free for pants so sit for that or until it's on clearance. Just sign up for emails to get the best deals. I didn't give them five stars because two pairs are stretched out in the back that I didn't realize until later.
