I really like the styles at Chico's. My business is office causal and this store provides the perfect styles for me to be casual and professional. I am a dark skin woman and was excited to finally see a store that seemed to notice women like me. It appears this was not common practice with Chico's not so long ago. I've never seen so many dark people advertised and it's wonderful, but, don't forget to supply clothing to compliment all shades of beautiful. Make sure to capture all of us!

Twice I have ordered the item as it appeared available on their site. Twice they have cancelled my order. Someone who runs the site needs to check if an item is available before posting it! Frustrating.

I ordered one pair of jeans at a ridiculous price ( I really liked the look) but when I received them a week later, they were defective. The front pocket edges looked worn and frayed... the fabric was obviously defective and the jeans should NOT have been sold in that condition. I ordered a petite length and they were literally 5 inches too long! When I contacted customer service through their "chat" feature regarding a return, it was a nightmare. Obviously located out of the country and the reps were of very little help. They say it takes 3-4 weeks to get a refund and they only offer returns through USPS... I'm sure it will be conveniently "lost". I decided to drive 15 mile to the nearest store to make sure I got my FULL refund. Their website says there is a $7 return fee... why should I have to pay a fee to return a garment that is defective... their fault, not mine! It will be the last time I ever purchase from this overpriced company!

Tip for consumers:
Their customer service reps are definitely out of the country and are of very little help. They used to have excellent clothing but now it is poorly made and the fabrics are awful. Not what they used to be.

I have always loved Chicos my entire closet is from there but recently I placed an order to be shipped to me. It was sent in two packages by FedEX (another horrible entity). I received one package and the second package is STILL in Arkansas with NO movement in over 10 days! Customer Service at Chicos has ignored my emails and they are not looking into the matter at all. DO NOT ORDER AN ITEM TO BE SHIPPED YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY

While I have always loved Chico clothes, lately when online viewing current styles particularly the tops, they are not in my opinion sharp or attractive. The patterns look very busy and almost frumpy.
In the past, Chico styles were sharp, timeless and not too trendy.
Unfortunately, I had a gift card and will hold off as I did not see one thing that really caught my eye.

The meal looked nothing like the photo. Every thing was over cooked. Four small crab claws. Far to much bread. The sea bass was tasteless. Salmon overcooked. Was it worth the £58.00.? NO... I had better food from the fish and chip. For my lunch.

Purchased a top. Wore it first time on a cruise and the top stitching unraveled right after I put it on, so, I had one less outfit to wear. Contacted Chico's. They could not replace, as it was out of stock. I get that. Offered a return and refund. Since I liked the style, I offered to repair it, myself, if they would give me a partial refund. They offered $5.00! That was an insult! It would cost me that much in time and travel to return it, and my time and skills to repair their faulty quality is worth more than $5.00! (Not to mention they would have thrown it away had I returned it, anyway!) I will NEVER shop at Chico's again! Poor quality and even poorer customer service!

So I shopped at the Chico's in Trenholm Plaza, Columbia SC and bought $400 worth of merchandise Saturday. Customer service was great. They have lots of pretty clothes this season. I have to return two items for different sizing so I returned on Tuesday. I drive 45 minutes and after trying on more clothes, I needed to use the restroom and was told that I could not So you can walk all around the store without a mask, touch multiple merchandise, use the dressing room, but not the restroom facilities. I am seriously thinking of returning all the merchandise I purchased just on principle!

I visited the Andover store knowing exactly what I wanted, unfortunately my size was sold out. The two consultants were willing to contact a local Chico's to see if they had my size. Luckily the Burlington store did. I was greeted by Nancy Grace who was extremely friendly and asked if I needed anything else as so many beautiful Spring items just arrived. Between the two of us, we successfully added a few more interchangeable outfits. Great quality, colors and fit. Thank you.

Bought a Navy blue dress from Chico's and after following the washing instructions on the dress I saw that the dress had shrunk and the lining was coming down longer than the dress itself. Also around the sleeves. I did not wear it right away so I had not idea this was going to happen. I was told that since I was calling about this issue past 60 day of the date of purchase they could not do anything for me. I consider this to be very poor poor customer service. Very disappointed, I have been a customer for over 15 years.

I am going on a cruise in a few weeks and I was short on time finding the clothes I would like to wear. So I ordered Chico's on line service. Everything went smoothly. I actually got my clothes earlier than expected and they fit like a glove. Thank you Chico's.

Size 2 is really size 12 to 14 but a true size 12 to 14.

I saw a Chico's online ad on Instagram selling all clearance clothing items for $9.90 each plus 20% discount if you bought 8 items, with free shipping. Everything looked legit so I placed the order. I have not heard anything from the company as to delivery, order tracking, nothing...A customer service email address was provided which looks like an email address from China. No response has been received at all even though I've sent two emails. No customer service number was provided. My credit card was charged. Now I don't see the Chico's ad on Instagram at all. The Chico's logo and website looked just like the real store. When I placed the order, it was through Chicos.com. I did not suspect I was NOT on the real Chico's website.I think this is a fake site using a legitimate U.S. company's logo, etc. Also, I initially received a confirmation email when I first placed the order, but now when I opened the same email and click on "details of order" or "see our store" all I get is an error message saying "this site cannot provide a secure connection" and also another message saying that the website sent an invalid response. I just want to warn others about this scam. I have file a claim through my bank to dispute the charges and get a refund.

None. I never received any.

Twice I have ordered the item as it appeared available on their site.

I have noticed since Covid that your catalog lacks diversity of races. Because of this, many clothes featured are not complimentary to light skinned people. I would like to see the white race come back into your catalogs, otherwise I will start looking else where. No I'm not a bigot, this is the truth...!

I really appreciate the rapid and completely satisfactory service by Carolyn at Arlington Highlands Chico's in Arlington Texas. She helped me find several items in appropriate sizes just a few hours before my holiday, and I had so little time to spare. She was so pleasant and helpful through out my shopping experience!

Me and my friend( both of us are mexicans) wanted to make a clothing brand since we were little kids so when we tiny our parenst gave us dreams telling us the name ´chicos´ they alwasy wanted that name when they were in mexcio but they were poor. So me and my friend spent out childhood and teens on this brand but we never know it was taken by WHITE PEOPLE so when we finally checked we saw it was taken and we were heartbroekn and cried alot

Received 2 of their standard tank tops from my daughter as a gift. I decided these were not my colors and just wanted to exchange for a different color. They would not allow me to exchange them for a different color, even with tags attached, but no receipt. They said they needed the phone number they were purchased under (I think they had the wrong number for my daughter in their system because they could not find it). So, no exchange. This is crazy. Lost my business for ever!

Sue, at West County Center in StL, helped me with the purchase of two jean jackets using the best coupons available. She offered to have jackets shipped to my home as I live 50 miles from the store.

Sue, sales associate, help to make me feel valued as a customer. She listened to what I said and provided solutions.

Tried ordering online a few times because their store is over 1 hour away. Pants sizes all over the place and not consistant. Store has limited styles and sizes

I have been a long time customer of Chicos.
I purchase a Faux leather off white jacket
Never worn & still has price tag paid $159.+tax jacket was in closet next to real leather black & somehow has black blotches
All over off white jacket.
Called customer service which was awful
Not helpful at all due to I didn't have receipt
Any longer. Chicos quality of clothes has changed. Doing my shopping at J. Jill now.

I've been a very satisfied Chico customer for decades! Clothes are quality snd fit well and ideal for "older" women: stylish, classy not too "young" or "old" looking. I love the Traveler line as itvis absolutely perfect for travel!

Chico's don't do what they say they are going to do. Communication problems within staff and with customers. We placed an order gave all information including credit card details and two weeks later they tell us the order was canceled no explanation or notification. We are very disappointed and
Hesitant to order again! Good luck!
Read the business' reviews before shopping and believe the reviews they are real life experiences (nightmares)

Not to order at Chico’s. Take your money else -where.

Placed an order early April 2021 and 2 weeks later we called to check status of it and Chico’s had cancelled the order. Was never notified in any way at any time!!!
Frustrating and very disappointing! Customers expect integrity from businesses.

I returned some items for exchange because I had used a discount code and didn't want to pay full price for the replacement items. Despite clear instructions on the return form allowing exchanges, and fully complying with those instructions, refunds were issued instead of exchange. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. I finally just ordered the replacement items again because despite the problems, the clothes are cute.

Melanie assisted us and was very attentive and helpful. The other sales assistant, whose name we don't know, was also very helpful! We were in the store on 4/14/23 at 5:57, transaction #360.

I saw an add on facebook for a specific item at Chicos. I followed the link to purchase the item. Then, I was asked to give my email for a 20 percent discount. When I clicked on the item, a message said, "like this item? So did everybody else, it's sold out, let's help you find something else." Now they're going to use my email to try to sell me things I WAS'NT looking for. No thanks. Hard pass on Chicos. Not interested in supplying you with my info only for your needs. You're dishonest. I don't work with businesses like yours, and I will share that with friends and social media. Way overpriced for poor materials as well.

Will not shop at this poor company.
