I have always loved Chicos my entire closet is from there but recently I placed an order to be shipped to me. It was sent in two packages by FedEX (another horrible entity). I received one package and the second package is STILL in Arkansas with NO movement in over 10 days! Customer Service at Chicos has ignored my emails and they are not looking into the matter at all. DO NOT ORDER AN ITEM TO BE SHIPPED YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY
I placed an order and finally received a tracking number for ONE of the items. The tracking number is stuck in California with no movement on the item at all. I have sent an email twice to Open Sky customer service and they will not answer me! Do NOT order from these people, horrible customer service and you do not receive the product!
