The product they sell for Mercedes is useless, do not buy it, it only gives problems and you always have to communicate to have it reset and give you access to the system

BMW tool lacks functionality promised and computer was missing drivers. Laptop failed after 6 months-no warranty.

I purchased several scan tools from this company. These items never worked, I tried to work with the company to resolve the issue, but all they do is run around in circles. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Bought a VW VAG TOOL which include CD, cable and diagnostic head. When I tried to install CD I kept getting error that info on cds is corrupted I messaget kelly (tech support) to which they am to the conclusion that I need to purchase a laptop with premium installed VAG software.

When I enquired about the cds that did not work and if they could subtract the cost of he non working VAG tool from the laptop, hey said no.
THESE PEOPLE ARE A RIP OFF.
I used to deal with a past employee named Jessica and she was very helpful.
But since she left and was replaced by Kelly. SERVICE HAS SUCKED.
I have a garage and have purchased many tools from the in the past.
THEY HAVE NOW LOST MY BUSINESS.

But obd2tool.com is a good shop. The store quickly confirmed my order and sent it immediately. Overall, it is a good service and I will definitely buy another thing I need from them.

Ordered the OBD II scanner. Gave me a tracking number. I was given a tracking number and didn't match any mail service.
The website has no phone number to contact. I have been charged and currently working with PayPal to see if I can get a full refund.

Whoever wants to buy a car diagnostic tool from this site is at risk of losing money. A few months ago, I ordered what they called "Autel EU702 FR704 US703 JP701 EOBD fault code reader" 4 in 1 on their site through a PayPal account and for four days even after the payment had been confirmed, OBD2-tool.com did not send notification of shipment. Instead they wrote to ask me to provide the link to the product I purchased! This is ridiculous because this is their site and they should know the products they sell. When I visited the same link on their site, they had removed it. They then sent me a link to a different product which wasn't what I had ordered and asked me whether that was the product I wanted. When I told them they had removed the link to the product, they simply kept quiet. I gave them four days to ship my product which they did not do! I realized that they wanted to sell me a product that did not exist and on further research found out that the product I wanted to buy was called the MaxiDiag Scan Tool AULMD801 whose price is twice what OBD2-tool.com had quoted. I immediately raised a complaint with PayPal who promptly contacted them so we could resolve the issue and we received no reply whatsoever. PayPal promptly recovered my money and therefore folks before you buy especially from china do your research carefully. Had I delayed beyond the time frame that PayPal gives for one to raise a dispute I certainly would have lost my money
