It is hard to rate this group highly when they have unclear and inconsistent policies. Their lack of flexibility, especially given how confusing their website and booking system is, well - it is appalling, and they should be ashamed. To reschedule a testing time when there was a verifiable glitch, months in advance mind you, costs $25. That right there is grifting at its finest. You don't see that with AirBnB, with Airlines, with just about anything else; OET is the only group I know trying to rip people off in this way. Long story short, don't expect much from OET, and be very very careful when booking anything with them.
