We ordered a diffuser Sept 21. They sent me an email saying it was on the way, SEE BELOW, of course there was no link. Can't get ahold of anyone thought FBook, Phone or Email.

Ordered two diffusers over a month ago. Got the oil but no diffusers. Called twice and emailed twice and go no response. I did get to speak with people from India however and still couldn't understand them. These guys suck.
Ordered and paid for a diffuser and the oil and they took the money and said tracking email will foollow in 2-3 days. Well its been 10 days no email and no product and cannot reach anyone over the phone! Will file a complaint with the FCC and the BBB
Placed order ******* Dec 2. No follow up email on shipment a/o Dec 9th. Based on other reviews, i'm skeptical shipment will be received.
The actual diffuser units are decent but I had a nozzle go bad from the oils and customer service is terrible. Very slow responsiveness and incomplete. The website is also unsophisticated. My replacement part order was incomplete still waiting a response.
