Ordered a few items and still havent received the items almost 2 months in. I emailed then and they assured me that they would ship it and expedite. The EXACT email they sent me is below.

Then the tracking number disappeared! So the item wasn't shipped?! This website is a drop ship in China and they don't always have stock of the items they sell online. Now I have to report to my credit card company as a fraud charge. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Caution! Custom made dresses from China are often substandard. Do not get fooled by the images on the website, they are most likely stolen from other sites.

We saw this dress on your site, we both couldn’t believe it could be true at that price, then we received the dress by post exactly as described, arrived as scheduled in a lovely package. The dress was a perfect fit and excellent workmanship. I am over the moon with it, fit perfect, i feel like a princess in it. I bought three bridesmaids dresses, initially just one as I wanted to be sure that they were as good as they looked. First dress arrived quicker than promised and the quality was great so I ordered the other two, which also arrived quicker than promised. I ordered standard dress sizes but they quickly came back to me with the measurements and asked if I'd like them made to measure (at no extra charge), that was a great service because the ladies are obviously not standard proportions. The dresses were superb and fitted perfectly. I thought they were great value and more importantly the ladies are all delighted. I am more than happy with the quality and service form Okaydress.
