Bought shoes shoes feel like they different sizes. You can see glue and seam. Straps do not get tight.so the company says we'll refund you half. Actually, I think if you can keep all the items, it would be the easiest way.

If you want a refund, please consider returning the items to us first, we will refund you after we got the return package, do not worry.

But if return, you also need to pay high shipping, and it will take us a long time, and we can't refund you the shipping that was charged by the shipping company.

For the order was delivered already, we can do return, but we already paid a lot of money to send you order, so we won't pay again.

Could you please consider to keep them or return us back?

If you insist on returning, I suggest you should ask your local post office for the return shipping costs in advance, our warehouse is in Xi'an, China.

If you can consider keeping the order, we can give you a partial refund.
