This service is one stop short of full on scam. They state there is a 100 percent guarantee that your will be satisfied but I was not satisfied with the questions asked ex: what's your social security number. This question isn't asked on any of the official documents. Maya thought it would be ok to take bits and pieces of the refund policy to discredit the fact that the website makes false statements regarding refund. This business practice is totally unacceptable.
Tip for consumers:
Do not choose the partial pay now option. Its a deceptive way to MAKE you commit to their product which requests vital information that is irrelevant to the service

None- was looking for a stress free way to file for divorce but this has added tons of additional stress.
