Online House Report

I had some difficulty locating the documents I was looking for. But it only took a quick chat and she contacted her supervisor. Now he is currently finding them for me!

I love how... fast they are. Indeed, you need to do just THREE steps to get information about any real estate you need.
When I was in search of a new home to move out, I used Online House Report to get info about those buildings I was interested in. The report is quite comprehensive, you receive loads of data to process and ponder on.
I don't say that I have chosen something from what I asked them about, because I eventually picked another house, but how it was convenient GUYS! Can't express...

This site is an absolute scam beware. I used the site for my property tax and it states fee as $1.00 fee.

I did not see a simple way to download the information. The information provided was very good considering I only paid $1.00 I did have to request a refund for the extra cost that was automatically charged without my notice/consent. Their representative was helpful.

Agreed to a $3.95 charge but card was charged $28.95. It seems by other reviews they will attempt to continue to charge monthly. They know not who they are fxcxing with. Karma's a $#*!

There were no issues downloading the report. The online report was easy to access and easy to read!

We are thinking of selling in the spring and this gives us a good idea of what needs to be checked so that it is in good order before the sale The price is very close to our most recent assessment which we were happy about. Unfortunately only the ground floor counts as we have a walk out finished basement with 2 bedrooms and a full bath, fire place and a basement under the two and a half garage. Property is on a corner on a hill. Beautiful area in the Finger Lakes.

This is most effective, supportive and beautiful company to contact for selling and buying your house. They charge nominal fee and provide you best of there facilities.

I was just curious about the value of my condo, but I didn't want to go through some long and involved process, nor did I want to talk to a realtor. I was just curious! This site is so fast and so easy that I was amazed; plus, I got all the info I wanted and more. It's a fantastic tool for any property owner.

Took a while to load the info, but well worth it.
It amazes me that my home loan company doesn't provide tax records on the 1098.

Could have used a rear views and sides and who holds the lien? And for how much? Also a more to date real value, seems to need a lot of updates

Helpful information, easy to access and provided all the information that I needed. However, could not get print out of checklist, nor is the review being submitted despite clicking Submit.
Therefore, not getting the free Amazon gift card, as advertised

As far as "Information" web sites go this one is an extreme disappointment. VERY limited information received per search. At one point the bottom of results page gave a list of "Less likely" matches. There was the EXACT person I was researching on that list. Problem is there was no way to see more information and no matter what I tried I could not get that person to come up on the main results list. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Overall I would say this site is pretty useless.

For the cost of the report it carried a lot of information, useful to me, in order to try and sell my home.

Info on house and property was quick and easy. Cant even by a pop for the price gives square footage property size, ect pay your 1.00 dollar and print it out

It`s a good information for everyone to know there home value and other property value.
Which will help evaluation of any property.
