The course is very comprehensive and is only $25. That being said the cost for other addons that they want to to buy are outrageous. If you want your certificate mailed to you there is no cost, but they say it will take at least 7 days before it is mailed. Why? If you want it emailed it costs $29.95. Why? Its an automated system. Then they tell you that you need your driving record (at least for Texas) to submit to the court and that is around $35. I called the court and they said I don't need to submit it. So, check first before you order it.

The materials were easy to understand. Good instructor too. You guys are doing a great job. After completing the course my certificate was sent to my home address on time which was great. I would recommend this course to my friends and family.

Originally signed up for the combo package, then had to pay an additional fee for email delivery for the driving record as well as the certificate. I ended up spending $28 on the course (because without notice they changed my order and said they gave me the beginner course instead), $4.95 for audio I never used and did not want, $39.95 on the certificate with email delivery and $34.92 on a the driving record with email delivery including a discount since I complained.

Was easy to set up and plenty of time allowed along with the ease of logging out and back in as needed. Recommend this course.

I hate being nickeled and pennyied to death to purchase services which should have been included in the price of purchase or a package made and ask just once- show everything available, and then allow the person to click on items they want with purchase price is clearly delineated, and combo packs available for decreased amounts

Why the fuk do i have to fill out and Affidavit form to confirm my identity? I've taken a defensive driving course before from another site and I've never had to do that. $#*!ed af.

Don't leave your seat for a minute or you will miss a quick question, hit the pause button anytime you need a break, still waiting for my certificate and driving record, its been a week

I thought this was self paced. Wished I would have realized before purchasing. Also, finished the course and to get my certificate I either have to wait a couple weeks to receive by snail mail or pay an outrageous price to have emailed. I am still waiting for my "free" certificate to arrive by snail mail as I was not willing to pay an additional $40 to get my certificate that I thought I was paying for when I purchased the course.

It's not something we use everyday it should be plain and simple not tell you one fee then ever so often try to sell you something else over all it gets the job done

This is a complete scam. They are not upfront about how much they charge you. They charge you $40 more dollars after payment of $25, a complete scam that they are not honest about. They ask you to review the site BEFORE this additional charge, so customers leave good reviews and then are immediately charged $40+ dollars to do the class. THIS COURSE IS NOT $25!

So expensive purchases just to send information by email from diver course conclusion and also driving records.
Classes online are ok.

Course was user friendly. After completing the course my certificate was sent to my email which was great. I would recommend this course to others.

This was a great course to take it didn't seem like it was as long as you had to have it so that always makes things better

Some of the audio for text and videos did not play. Customer service did help. Extra fees were not expected

Shady, very Shady.They get you on the hook for the course & admin fees first. Once you have paid that, THEN you find out its $40 to get the completion certificaiton by EMAIL?! WTF?! REALLY?! Other companies will send it to you for FREE or immediate download. I sent an email to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation about this site. I was able to get a refund when I called saying that that is unacceptable. They get you on the hook for the course then milk you for more for something that shouldn't cost what they are charging. In my opinion the way this company operates is TOTAL & UTTER BS, it appears to be very deceptive not letting customers know ALL fees & costs up front. Why would anyone set up a business in such a manner as it only cultivates suspicion and distrust. This is only my experience and opinions.

The course is like the army "hurry up and wait" breaks are a complete waste of time. Takes way to much time
