Website is very deceptive in their pricing. Their payment page states a 30 day refund is offered but upon trying to request that apparently its only valid if the software doesn't work within the first 30 days which just makes no sense to me. Many better options out there with support that isn't horrible / rude and price differences.

Regarding the 30 day refund we'll make sure to indicate that it is only valid if the product is not working. Now they're just keep cutting off networks to the point they have only main ones like FB, Twitter and so on. Sorry, but you can get tools that are free to use those.
