We purchased a strategy supposed to help with trading Futures.

This Vendor was formerly JFRCBTrading.

We purchased the SLAP system from them for almost 400 dollars, after attending a NinjaTrader webinar.

We struggled for the next few months to learn how to do it and the more questions we asked the more it appeared he got frustrated and short. We were not getting it.

To keep this short and to the point, no matter what kind of customer we were, there was no reason to boot us out from the group. We never cussed at him, never attacked him personally, but only questioned the strategy and he had very little patience with us. He has even written -even a blind monkey with autism- could learn this strategy.

That was not true for us because we continued to struggle through the few months we had access to the room.

After posting a negative review, we were removed from any access to the instructions. Permanently banned. We basically gave him 400 dollars and have nothing to show for it.

We want others to know of this Vendor and what he will do in the name of customer service.

We wanted to send a review to the BBB, but cannot locate his business at this time. So, we contacted NinjaTrader to complain, but were unsuccessful. We received this initial email from our complaint.

They wrote; We appreciate you taking time out of your day to provide detailed information about a vendor within the NinjaTrader Ecosystem.

Traders beware. As this Vendor has demonstrated; he can sell you something; take your money; give you nothing in return and there is no one who seems to care.
