Orbitzs

I signed up for Orbitz Visa to receive 10% off on Hotels via their phone app, and 6% off on flights via Orbitz.com. BUT they never gave me my discounts!

I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service and they calculated they owed me $523, and said my account would be credited within 24 hrs. But after I week I called back and when I showed how they failed to deliver, they freaking hung up!

I will never use Orbitz again and cancelled their Visa. Good Riddance!

WE BOOKED A HOTEL ON ORBITZ WE NEEDED TO CANCEL. WE HAVE CALLED FOR 3 DAYS AND HAD NO RESONSE FROM ORBITZ. WE HAVE LEFT OUR PHONES AND THEY SAY THE WILLL CALL US BACK IN 1 1/2 HRS TO DATE TO RETURN CALL. MY HUSBAND CALLED THE HOTEL AND THEY TOLD US THAT THIS WAS NOT A RESERVATION AT THEIR H0TEL THEY TOLD US THAT IT WOULD BE A JUNKY HOTEL DOWN THE ROAD. DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH ORBITZ THEY ARE A FRAUD
