I ordered a product from China, but OSM was not the delivery company that got it from China to the US. The parcel showed up at N Las Vegas in the US. OSM took only 2 days to get it to Atlanta where it was handed off to the USPS. USPS took 3 days to get it to my P. O., just 2 states away. So, OSM is not as fast as Amazon, but better than the USPS. I am not sure why others were having such issues. Maybe their Vegas to Atlanta route is better staffed, or maybe they have new management.

This "shipping partner" is not able to fulfill any of its promises and should not be used. Customers are furious about waiting 2+ weeks for packages to be handed off to USPS. Missed promised delivery dates for pre-Christmas but also created 2 week delay in mid January. Awful.

I will do 0 if I can. This shipping company will use 5 days shipping a package from Atlanta to Alabama, how that gonna be happened in 21th century.
I ordered something that was being shipped through OSM. After processing It was "shipped" on the 7th and I kept a close eye on the tracking and the first update I got was on the 15th and it was still at there facility after finally leaving there facility and making it to IL on the 18th it has just been sitting there it is now the 21st with no word on when im going to see my package. Absolute slowest shipping partner there is.
Waiting ten days so far for OSM to move a package from Illinois to the nearest Illinois post office for shipment to Wisconsin. TEN DAYS and it's still in the hands of OSM. Horrible service!

If you want to watch whatever you ordered, bounce around the country for a week...move further away from you and then come back to your state and overshoot your location by 30 miles then sit for a few days...and wonder when or if you will ever get your package...then this is the shipping company for you. If I had known this company used OSM I never would have placed an order.

My package has been sitting in their warehouse or whatever exactly 45 min away from my address for 14 F***ING DAYS! If I were the CEO of OSM WORLDWIDE I would be too embarrassed to admit it. They should be put out of business and the buildings burned to the ground to purify the ground! Do NOT use these people!

If you use this because it's cheaper you don't care about your clients at all. This sucks as they barley even give updates on tracking and takes forever! Not only that you have to email them about inquiries instead of talking to someone. And on the voice mails GRACE! You can tell she hates her $#*!ing job by the way she leaves the voice mail. Hate it so much never again

Have held onto my package for 3 days moving it only 1,000 miles. Not sure if this is some kind of money making loophole for them or what, but I paid extra for shipping just to get my package handed of to a sub-par "partner".

Ordered a book paying for standard shipping. I assumed this meant it was going parcel post, but oh boy was I wrong; I checked the tracking and found some bizarre company I had never heard of was shipping it. The vendor promptly dropped it off, and it stayed at their warehouse in New Jersey for nearly 2 weeks with no updates. After 11 days it somehow made it to Illinois, then Michigan, where they dropped it off at the Post Office and it got to me the next day.
This company had my package in their possession for over 2 weeks with no updates. Then they turned my package over to the Postal Service, who not only started giving me regular updates, but they had it at my door within 12 hours.
Essentially, I paid the person who sold me a book to pay OMS to deliver the book to the Post Office, and then OMS paid the Postal Service to actually deliver it to me. How is this a viable business? If you are thinking about using this company to ship things, look elsewhere. The Post Office is probably cheaper and won't leave your customers wondering what kind of sketchy business partner you've decided to ship with. I certainly won't be ordering from any vendor who ships with them again.

Seriously? I will mirror other reviews from dissatisfied customers. If I could give them a negative five I would. Deplorably unprofessional, slower than a snail and awful customer service. I have PTSD and dealing with these people just triggers the heck out of me. Will I ever receive my book? I'm highly doubtful. Just an awful, horrible company..
All I know is every time I order something online and OSM is involved my item's shipping is delayed by days. I think they must be holding it just for spite because they can. I certainly get tired of checking my tracking numbers only to find "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" day after day after day. This usually happens with shippers in California so I will no longer be ordering goods from any seller in that God forsaken State. I wish I could give minus five stars. Giving one star seems way too much credit.

I refuse to order from anyone who uses OSM as a shipping partner. Slowest company I have ever seen. If you use this company to save a dollar on shipping you need to stop. They are costing you business! People do not want to wait 2 or 3 weeks for something that should take 3 days to deliver.
If you're using this company to distribute packages you should call them up and ask them if they're willing to pay for all of the lost revenue they've cost you. I've sworn off three online retailers I used to order make $200-$400 worth of products multiple times a years because they chose OSM. I'll give them credit for being consistent. Consistently terrible to the point I had no choice but take action of banning anyone using OSM as an intermediary
Late, late, late. Same story as everyone else. Packages just sit with them, waiting to be delivered to the local Post Office. Someone scans it, and they must then say "good enough" and toss them onto a pile to be delivered whenever they feel like it. Latest package has taken far longer to get to me from 20 miles away than it did to travel the distance from California to Illinois.
Order sat in Anaheim, CA for 5 days says the shipping partner had picked it up but hadn't taken it to USPS yet. Then it goes to Nevada, Texas, Illinois and who knows where else before it finally arrives. I've never had anything from USPS take this long with shipping so it must be OSM itself that is the cause of the delays.
I bought a perfume from a company in New York a week ago, April 8th. I live in Southern California. It didn't even leave the East Coast (York, PA) until the 12th. It then took 3 days to get to Las Vegas, arriving there this morning the 15th and left there this afternoon. Vegas is only 4 hours from here. It hasn't been handed off to the USPS yet. I hope to get it on Monday. But 9 days is entirely too long. I'm noticing that the Shop app tends to use OSM, so I'm beginning to avoid vendors that use Shop unless the vendor is already out West. But even then it takes 4 days when the USPS takes 2-3.

31 days and its still not here. I bought and received two other items from the same Country. They arrived faster. No reply to inquiry placed twice. Once when item sat in foreign customs awaiting clearance for 11 days. Next email inquiry was after package was "uplifted" and still nowhere after 5 days. Luckily now a newly posted update says 3 days ago it actually reached my country. Nice to learn. But where? No idea. The local post's tracking number? Again, no idea. At least tonight I have hope again. What a tease.

My item was picked up by OSM Worldwide in Montgomery IL or Aug 4. On August 9,5 days later, it was in Glendale Heights, IL. According to Google Maps, It took 5 days to travel less than 25 miles which should have been a 45 minute trip. On Aug 11, the product arrived in Las Vegas and should be delivered to me on Monday. Why so long? Why did they fart around with my package for 5 days?
Ordered a shirt from OHT and got the package in 2 days. Tracked the package on USPS.com and it arrived earlier than scheduled.
Been stuck on the status of "Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item" since July 18. It's August 10 now. Almost a month of now movement or even getting it over to USPS. Worst part is I live in Los Angeles and my package is shipping from Los Angeles. I could've walked over to pick it up faster than they can hand it off to USPS. I had different items ship from China a week and a half ago, another from the UK 5 days ago and I've already received it. OSM makes no sense why it's taking this long to get one thing right.

I am sweating out my 3rd experience with these people. If businesses that use them would appreciate how much damage they are doing to their business this problem would go away. Anymore, if I suspect OSM is involved I will not purchase. I've never run a shipping company but am absolutely sure I could do a better job.
This company is incompetent and refuses to be accountable for potentially compromised packages. I'm in MI and their sorting facility claims that my package departed on 7/14 in Glendale, IL. I am 4 hours from that center and they've STILL failed to turn the package over to USPS.

Horrible service. Found average shipment movement speed approximately 100 miles per day. Plus, there's no way to know of USPS will use this partner for your package.
