This company is a scam, never received my items but I dis receive a fake letter about a fire at their factory

I ordered a shirt on Jan 1st 19, I have yet to receive it. I did contact contact customer service and they referred me to a tracking number. Ummm I've had that since the purchase so it was no point. I needed a real update and that was not it. This company is a joke here it is Apr 15 19 and still no item. I give almost anyone a chance but 4 months is way too long and they have my hard earned money in the process. DON"T DO IT! Terrible company!

Placed an order back in December, got charged right away. I'm still waiting for my purchase. I keep asking them where is my item and they have an automated reply with a bogus tracking number and every time they say it's being procssed. Almost 2 months now and still nothing. I asked for a refund several times and nothing. Do not buy from them.

I placed an order two months ago and I have not received it. Customer Service is not responding to my email. I track the package and it says that the tracking number has not been created through United States Postal Service. Why would Outlet 18 give a tracking number that is fake. Are they a scamming organization?

I received a text saying that my package was shipped over 1 month ago. I believe this was a scam. I emailed them on several occasions and Still no results. I ordered a shirt for my birthday to wear on my birthday, my birthday was 01/17 and today is 02/17. At this point I just want my money refunded.

I ordered what I thought would be fun"50"shirts for my twin sister and I. I have never received my order. I continue to get emails full of excuses. The company is fraudulent. I will have to eventually report them. It is very is very disappointing to think these companies exists. It has ruined the fun of having the shirts!

I ordered myself a shirt for my birthday, they sent me a tracking number and i tracked it, it never came when it said itd be here! So i contacted the website, and they gave me another tracking number, which never said anything. So i wrote them again! And i just kept getting the runaround when i asked for my money back! Over and over again, until now, when they wont respond to me at all. Im extremely frustrated, and mad. I really wanted my dang shirt, and now they wont tell me anything or give me my money back! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! ITS A TOTAL SCAM! WASTE OF TIME AND THEYLL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I GOT TAKEN! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I NEVER GOT MY STUFF IT'S BEEN A MONTH. I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER BUTT IT IS NO GOOD I TRIED CALLING THAT DON'T WORK EITHER A RECORDING SAYS SORRY YOU CALL CAN'T BE COMPLETED AS DAILED. I AM HAVEING THIS INVESTIGATED I WANT MY ORDER OR MONEY!

I ordered a bday tshirt back in Feb. 2019. The company replied and said they shipped my tshirt. To the day, I have yet to get a refund. Ive emailed the company, they reply but no shippment. I also report them to BBB and they too did not respond.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE OUT TO SEAL EVERYONE'S MONEY!
