Buyer beware. If the prices look too good to be true, better call. Was looking at Canon eos 6d and 2 L series lenses and prices looked great, too great. Something looked strange in the specs on the camera body so I called to find out if it was a misprint. Turns out they were prices for imports only they did not specify that was the case unless you ask. BE CAREFUL

Tried scare tactics that I had bought a Canon import lens with a cheap plastic base. The "US" lens would cost $200 more with a steel base. Based on research I did, Canon makes all their lenses the same and provides the same warranty on them all. I cancelled the order immediately and bought from B&H who were very helpful.

Same story. Ordered canon L lens, got e-mail to call & confirm, tried bait & switch, when i stuck with original model ordered they said what i ordered was a japanese model with plastic parts(?) & asked if i wanted the US model for MUCH more $$. Immediately cancelled order, was told too late already gone through, informed them i was calling card company to cancel, then they told me it was cancelled. We'll see if they try to push it through. If this company is legit then at best they are shady. Otherwise it's a totally fraudulent website. I believe the latter true enough that i am cancelling the card that i gave them & having a new one issued.

My experience is about the same as all the others above. I made my order online, got an email back saying I had to call to confirm order, I called and they asked why I wanted an inferior plastic Canon lens when I could get the real glass lens for only $300 more. I know that Canon does not make a plastic lens but was told that the plastic lens and the glass lens were both a Canon product. BS! I cancelled my order and informed my credit card company to watch for an unauthorized charge from this phoney company. I'm ecstatic that I got out without losing anything more than my time.

Ordered NEW 1DS Mark III cameras and had to wire money- over $13k, after 1 month of waiting (calling everyday only to get the run around), the cameras arrived only to find they were USED and 1 of them had error 99 which didn't even work. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
Now the battle begins in getting back the money.

I will not buy even a USB drive from this people. They are the most dishonest people I have ever met in my life. Whatever they post on their website is fake. If you order something that you see on their website, trust me they send you a complete different and an opened times. Knowing that you will ask for return because it does not meet your expectation. Here is the second game they play: to return their items they ask 30% re-stacking fee. If you do so you must insure your package, because they will sign it with fake name and deny they receive the package and ask you to collect insurance like they care. Please Spread the news about this bogy website. Truth, they got us in same ways, but it is our responsibility to tell others so that they don't have to make the same mistake like I, and some of you did. You would rather by from BNH or Sony even if is expensive than to give it a try at overstackdegital.com
I don't know how they get the good review, but I suspect it is cooked one.

NEVER BUY FROM OverstockDigital.com! OverstockDigital are the biggest crooks I've ever dealt with online. I placed an order through their website for a Canon 6D. I then received a phone call from a sales rep wanting to "review my order". The guy tells me he can add vertical grip battery holder, two batteries and a 5 year warrantee for $1669 which was a good price. However, OverstockDigital sent me the Canon 60D with a $30 battery grip which is worth a little over $700. When I called in to have the correct camera shipped, John the Supervisor tells me he remembers the conversation and insists he discussed changing to the 60D which is a complete lie. After two weeks of John promising to return my call about correcting his mistake, the "supervisor" tells me the restocking fee is 30%, they keep the shipping and insurance charges, plus I have to ship and insure the camera to send it back! So OverstockDigital sold me a $700 camera for $1669 and then tells me it would cost me $600 to return the item. Crooks are the kindest description for these guys.

1-On June 18,14, I made online purchase from overstockdigital.com for a New Camera Nikon D7100 and a New Nikon 18-300 mm lens. I received an email to confirm my purchase and I called and gave the representative my credit card secret code.

2-Till June 24,14, I did not receive any information about the camera and the lens, I called Overstockdigital and Mr. John answered me and I asked him if I can purchase a battery and change the Lens from Nikon 18-300 mm to Nikon 18-200 mm and keep the Nikon D7100 and he said in this case you need to pay $1349. 99 by wire transfer and you will get Nikon D7100 and Nikon lens 18-200 mm, a battery, charger and SD card and in addition to that an expedited shipping in 3-5 days. I asked him about the before mentioned camera and lens and should be in new condition and he confirmed that. On June 24, I paid the money and on special instructions, I made it clear that this money for a new Camera Nikon D7100 and New Nikon lens 18-200 mm.

3- On June 30,14, I received a Nikon D5100, Nikon 18-105 mm, a battery, charger, SD card, card reader, camera case. The Camera and the lens are in white boxes not in manufactured boxes. I never asked for these items

4-I returned the same package and on July 17,2014, I received the Nikon D7100 (camera body). The advertising price for this camera on their web site is $679.00. The highest price of this Body camera in the whole world including B&H, Adorama, Buydig.com, amazon, and best Buy is $1,096.95.

5-I emailed and called and asked for a refund for $253.04 payable to me. They refused. I will try one more time for a resolution and if can not get my money back, I will file a complaint to many appropriate places to get a resolution.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND FRAUDUALANT AND THEY WILL BULL$#*! YOU TO THE END. I ordered a 1600. 00 Nikon lens and sent me an $800 Sigma instead. I go my credit card company on them. They lied to me and gave me a hard time. They do this so you send back and they charge you a restocking fee. They said they would charge me fee but I had to pay for 24.00 to ship it back to them. It is some kind of scam and have now seen many complaints about them. Still waiting for my refund... I hope i see it. Am going to contact my credit card company again for a follow-up. I wish there was a way to shut them down.

I just tried to talk to somebody at "customer service" because they sent a Canon 7D instead of a Canon 5D Mark III. He said that the order is correct, for a 7D ($3,000.00 dollars for a 7D! This one is discontinued!) and immediately accused me of "writing bad $#*! of them on internet. Then, he hangs up on me. Well, I don't know what he was talking about but now, it is on! Not only here. We are filing a complaint with the http://www.ftc.gov/about-ftc/bureaus-offices/bureau-consumer-protection and will start REALLY posting EVERYWHERE about your bad service and attitude until we get a refund. No, we don't want the right camera now. We want our money back, no restocking fee or stuff like that. Since fraud over the internet is a Federal Crime will F. B. I take care of this? I'll find out…

I ORDERED A CANON 6D W/LENS AS A KIT, SOME ACCESSORIES, AND A CANON 100-400MM LENS. ABOUT A HALF HOUR AFTER I ORDERED ON LINE SALESMAN BEN CALLED, SPOKE WITH MY WIFE AND SAID THAT WE ORERED THE WRONG LENSES (A KIT SHOULD COME WITH A LENS THAT FITS). WHEN I RETURNED HOME WE GOOGLED THE SITE & FOUND REPORTS OF OVERSTOCKDIGITAL.COM BEING CALLED SCAMMERS. THE NEXT MORNING WE TRIED TO CANCEL BUT WERE ONLY ABLE TO CANCEL 100-400MM LENS. THE OTHER LENS THAT THEY SUBSITUTED FOR KIT LENS DIDN'T FIT THE CAMERA. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM KEVIN SAID IT WAS THE LENS I ORDERED, UNTRUE UNTRUE UNTRUE.

Couldn't be a more frustrating experience trying to buy from them. While trying to "help" they told me that the Canon 100mm f/2.8L lens that I purchased would be incompatible with my Canon EOS... umm wrong. After insisting that I knew what lens I wanted, they then informed me that I had purchased an "international" model lens (meaning it had a plastic mount rather than a metal one). On their site it had the same item number as the US model and no indication that the lens was different in any way except for the warranty. Oh and the $270 price jump. No where was the international designation mentioned. Misleading website, abrupt and unknowledgeable staff, and their prices are above MSRP. 2 stars because at least I didn't get the lens sent to me before I had to have this argument and get charged a "restocking" fee. Say away.
