This website sells fake Pandora items. Nothing they sell is authentic. I know this as i ordered charms from them which arrived a week late, and were made of cheap, steel. There were no markings on them to show the 925 ale pandora mark, were huge, so therefore fell stright off my bracelet and were cheaply packaged.
I tryed and tryed to get a refund but the company only replys by email and won't give you any other contact details. I have one email back telling me that i was not allowed a refund or return or exchange. Total con NEVER BUY PANDORA FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT IS NOT THE REAL PRODUCT.
