I order a product in early December (12/4) and was told it would be delayed until the week after Xmas. It still has not been received, and it's January 28th. Customer service was responsive at first, but now I still haven't gotten a refund or a racking number. Infuriating!

Don't order from Paradigm Goods. It's a scam and the company doesn't even exist. But whoever's on the receiving end will take your money, anyway.
Once again, I've been duped by an online store. Such a silly frog I am! I bought my sister frog a supposedly "diamond sparkly art set" which you use number coding to create a work of art and she said they aren't even gems, just pieces of plastic. No sparkle. It was supposed to be my gift to her for her birthday (frogs celebrate birthdays, why wouldn't they!?) and she is so disappointed. Once again I say DON'T ORDER ANYTHING ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK! They're not validated as reputable companies and always research the reviews prior to purchasing! Ugh! I'm going back to my lilli pad to mope! :(
