I purchased long term airport parking through Parkway Parking and received a confirmation email with a Qr code which was supposed to allow me access to Lax Value Park, parking in los Angeles. The Qr code didn't work and I had to park elsewhere and pay another parking fee. I emailed Parkway three times, explained the situation and requested a refund. Parkway Parking has not responded. I can only assume that this company is a scam buyer beware.

They place duct tape on my car and damage the paint. We waiting over an hour to leave the parking lot, to port, and over two hours to return from port to lot. The attendants have attitudes.
Was Travel out of town needed to leave my car in long term parking for a week. This is MY Nightmare with This Company. They took my payment for this reservation they were suppose to send a confirmation email. Never sent one. I tried repeatly to call there 1800number no help... i sent an email. No respone... i called 3hours before my flight since i was meeting family early we called enroute and still nothing MY adviced is to pay alot more and get better service then to stress out about this loser company. Few it was possible i would rate them negative 100 stars
