Claim Your BusinessThese guys go over and above what is required. Couldn't recommend them any more. We were in a crazy rush to get our passports for a dream holiday and these guys did everything they could to make it happen. A1 Service
Thought we were dealing with passport office, only found out this was not the case when I got a letter asking for payment from passport office, paid £138 for 2 forms containing name and address. Contacted passportdirect but they have not replied, DONT do business with them

This is a money grabbing site. I'm so furious with myself and the site. Whilst it is fairly clear further down on the home page after revisiting the site that this is a service which is charged for I simply clicked renew at the top. Then throughout the application it didn't seem to mention it at all. £49 to check and send an application to me which I then had to pay for photos and a stamp for. Oh not to mention the still £72.50 for the passport itself. On further inspection had I realised any earlier I would have been subjected to a £15 admin fee for cancellation. I'm utterly disgusted. I only clicked as it was the first result on google should've found the actual passport website.

I was conned out of £49. Thought I was getting a passport. Instead a form arrived. Believing it to be from the real passport office I signed it and sent it off with signed photos and an accompanying letter saying I had already paid online. The real passport office wrote to me saying I had not paid. I phoned them. I only then realised after talking to their rep that I had been ripped off. I had to pay up again and all this added to the time delay. We almost did not get the passport in time for our trip. Perhaps united we can beat these people.
