Took my Ford Escape to Paul Miller Ford for an oil change. My car had 40,000 miles. In the waiting area was a poster with "The Rock". The poster stated oil change for no more the $39.95. When I arrived I also ask them to check a tire that was continually going low. When they finished, they charged me $59.95 and when I asked why, they said the $39.95 was just a suggestion not a firm amount. When I ask if they checked the tire, the service manager stuttered, which told me they forgot to check it. But they did run a bunch of test and told me I needed $1,600.00 worth of work done on my car. Test I didn't ask them to do. My tire had a bent rim. Which I figured out on my own. Paul Miller Ford Service Dept. is a ripe off.
