What a scam. Do not do business with PCexperts. The product I thought I was getting was not what they installed. Whatever they did I have since had to erase my computer and have it installed back to its original condition. Good luck getting in touch with them, they are very evasive if it is not in their best interest.

Complete ripoff! Took remote access of my computer and it is worse than it was before. I was transferred to 3 techs including a so called senior tech. I demanded my money back!
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, IT IS A VIRUS. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY WORK AT MICROSOFT WHEN THEY ARE A NO BUDDY!
I WOULD RATE THEM A ZERO..
Complete fraud. Uses deceptive links to trick user into thinking is affiliated with yahoo tech support, asks to connect from remote, then uses scare tactics and lies to trick the user into thinking the computer is highly infected. Beware!
