I ordered 1 bottle for 39.99. They charged my account 239.99. I called them half hour after I noticed the charge in my bank I told them to cancel and they said they couldn't do I called my bank. Just noticed they charged my account the next day. I have spent hours on this account between bank and calling customer service. Big time SCAMMERS!
Awful customer service plus had a monthly recurring charge when never signed up - a true scam vs what they sell you on. Customer service says can't find information but ask for supervisor and all of a sudden they find it and try selling you some more, run away from this product
I found an ad that said try their keto gummies for $39.99 three bottles get three for free so I was fully expecting to pay for three bottles at $39.99 and get three for free. They charged me for all six bottles and then sent me some other product I did not order and charged me an additional 60. I called them to complain. The next month they send me the product again,
which I did not authorize. I did not subscribe to any monthly subscription and they illegally charged my credit card again for $239.00 Mind you why would I need six bottles every single month when you take One A Day. I called them and I got the runaround. I am currently disputing it with my credit card. They tried to tell me on the phone that I agreed to a monthly subscription which I did not. I made sure that box was not checked. The product itself is Placebo it's garbage. I'm totally disgusted and I don't trust that they're not going to try to charge me again next month. I won't know the results of my dispute with my credit card they have until January to let me know. When I called Peak life there was nobody I could speak to higher up than the original operator. The whole experience from the first time I purchased until now has been upsetting and Shady. I never got my three bottles for free I paid for them all, I got three bottles of a product I never ordered. And they tried to tell me I checked the subscription box which I absolutely did not. I have no idea what Shady thing they do to make it look like you did something you didn't but I'll be curious to see how this investigation goes. Don't trust these people.
Every month is n the 4th I receive a charge on my bank account for $239.00 is posted from peak optomia. No account number, no contact number etc I have repeatedly called my bank but they can not do anything about it. I cannot afford this monthly withdrawal from my account. Then a few days later I receive a bottle of gummies in the mail
No reason info etc
They charge my account 199.96 for a product I know nothing about. I order some gummies Activlife gummies and a charge was on my account for 199.96 for Peaklife optical I don't wear glasses and I don't know this company no number or nothing to contact this company and they tried to charge 239.99 and gave me 85.00 dollar back. Kelly Clarkson was the spoke person for this
They will tell you its a 14 day free sample and then they will continue to send a product to you without authorization. Go to the website to cancel and there is not an email to send to cancel the order etc. If you call you get a lot of "who shot John"... under no circumstances give them a credit card number.
THEY KEEP SENDING SHIPMENTS AFTER YOU ASKED THEM NOT TO. ADVISED WOULD PURCHASE LOCALLY IF DESIRED TO CONTINUE WITH PRODUCT. THEY KEEP SENDING AND TRYING TO SELL OTHER ITEMS AFTER REPEATEDLY TO STOP. NOW STARTING TO BILL FOR PRODUCT.
I believe I've been had. I ordered a sample supply to try and get off of Ambien. When I told the customer service guy I wanted to cancel he was very rude. He said I'd never get off Ambien. Weird conversation. I told him I could get it cheaper at Walmart if I wanted to keep using it. Seems like they would be glad I was going to keep using it. The guy wanted to argue with me. He better hope I don't get another charge on my credit card because I will be checking it. Nasty people to deal with and I believe it's a scam. I just wish someone would call me from customer service. *******549
PEAK LIFE offers to send samples of their products for the cost of shipping. Great marketing! The only problem is that hidden on another page is their real motive which is to get you to try their product for 14 days after which they begin sending you more product which they bill to your credit card at a substantially higher rate. I HATE business practices like this. If a company has a good product why trick the customer into buying this way. If you are like me and someone tries to get my business in this manner you drop their product like a hot potato and run to the Internet to leave them a horrible review. I give PEAK LIFE 1 star out of 5 They have a crappy product a crappy way of doing business and when I called to cancel my order I was spoken over my complaint instead of asked how they could help. They do not deserve to be in business and it is my hope that others will complain about them and they will be forced out of business. Signed, an unhappy customer. I also must ad that they sold my contact info and now I'm being called on my cell phone daily by random solicitors. I take back the 1 star and now they rate ZERO STARS OUT OF FIVE PEAK LIFE YOU SUCK!
I have used their sleep aid sample one day and stayed up all night and could not get to sleep at all. The next day I called and cancelled my order and threw away the bottle. I do not know why the doctors are saying ti is very effective.
The health supplement company PeakLife pretends to give you a fourteen day trial offer for their products - in this case a natural sleep aid called Somnapure. They pretend to want your credit card only for postage of the free trial package. Little do you know that month to month you'll be receiving more packages of the product while being charged $74.98 a month; in other words, they've got you on a subscription with your credit card. These people are deceitful and highly mercenary, and even more disturbingly, they seem to be somehow aligned with the nationally known vitamin company, GNC. Be careful of their free trial offers; stay away from them.
Peak Life is a leading nutrition brand providing dietary supplements and herbal products including Somnapure, Heart First, Focus Well, and Puritea.
