I've buy a pair of boots, it take sometime to arrive (about 30 days), but they arrived... took more time then they told me, should come from Portugal (so about a week), but came directly from China in my name... meaning I could have paid customs and I wasn't informed of that! I could have done a better deal online (in some China retails) if knew this before.
Their support was inconsistency, they did not reply to e-mail's for a while, and the mobile phone on the web site was always disconnected. But a week later they did reply to the e-mail's and change the send mode to "express" and indeed it arrive days later. They have facebook page (portuguese) but if you write a bad review they will delete it and block you... so not a good way to see if they are good or not.
