I was disappointed with the flowers that were delivered as they appeared to be less value than what we paid and very different to the image we ordered against. Petals Network that support this florist ( not the florist themselves) did not resolve the complaint in the way that I wanted. They could have turned this into a 5 out of 5 Experience but chose not to, instead resolving it in a way that was more convenient for them. Suggestion for those who order flowers: ask to be contacted if the flowers you want need to be substituted.

Can you believe that in 2023 there's an online flower delivery service that doesn't provide a delivery notification service? That is just a basic expectation but these guys don't provide it.
