If it sounds too good to be true then you're right. I purchased two seresto collars. The packaging inside was different then the canisters I had previously gotten. There was no serial number on the caller, and the clips for the collar were in a Ziploc bag instead of a cellophane packet. I called bear directly and confirmed that this was not a legitimate Bayer product. My biggest tip-off was that the package came from China. Pets glad would not answer any emails. I filed a complaint with Bayer, I filed a complaint with PayPal, my money was refunded within 24 hours. Be very careful, counterfeit products can kill your pet.

Collars from China, do not work. Put these collars on my two dogs and instead of repelling ticks they seem to attract them. My dogs have never had so many ticks! Stay away, total waste of money not to mention leaving your dogs wide open for Lime disease. Again, stay away.
I bought 7 series collars for muy dogs. They came from china and they don't work. My dogs still itch with fleas. I tried with no success to contact the company who has a hotmail account *******@hotmail.com but was never contacted back. I tried the phone number 1 *******177 with no message or answer. They also have the same under petsrepair.com.
Do not buy from them and call the contact number first and make sure the email is not a hotmail address. It sounded to good to be true and it was.
