I haven't even seen the final product yet but the service itself is sooo not user-friendly- i got a groupon for canvas prints and there's no help/tutorial any even pop-up tips in the Edit menu whatsoever... imagine you are seeing Microsoft office menu for the first time and there is no explanation as to what each icon does. The customer service was sort of helpful within the script and responded within 24 hrs but when it came to addressing real issues- they were useless. Shipping was more than 3 times more expensive than Groupon stated. Very dissatisfied and don't recommend this service.
After waiting weeks for wedding photos to be delivered and tracking through DHL, which is apparently the worst shipping company on the planet, I have no pictures and a company I cannot contact. DO NOT EVER USE THESE MORONS! Absolutely worthless. Filing chargeback with my credit card company as my pictures are now apparently on their way back to Germany? Groupon is a service I will never use again for even promoting a company like this.
It has been 2 months since I ordered my prints. I purchased 2 Groupons for a total of 5 canvases. First of all the site is NOT user friendly. Second shipping is NOT cheap. Third, I've emailed and received the excuse of "high volume" and "your order is in the last stage of production." This is ridiculous and I will tell anyone and everyone about my experience. Stay away!
After a month of waiting for my prints to arrive, I finally got pissed off and sent them an email. My order has not even been sent to the printers yet!
Their website states it takes 4 days to create the prints and 14 - 21 days to send them...
I used a groupon as thought this would be a deal. I paid more in shipping than the groupon and after a month my prints are not even PRINTED!
They emailed me back saying they have high volumes. I do not believe that it takes A MONTH to catch up on high volumes.
They also state that they start to process your order as soon as it has been placed, and each product is made to order and dispatched in lightning-fast turnaround time. False advertising if you ask me.
Very dissatisfied! Would not recommend this company to anyone else, and will NOT be using them ever again. Wish I had never ordered thru them, could have went to another more reliable company for my business
Another place to display your pictures! - This website is another place where you can send your pictures to be displayed and they also will ask for permission to print the better photos in books! I really like this website and like looking at all the beautiful pictures taken by other people interested in photography as a hobby! Check it out!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting 6 months for my canvases. They don't respond to e-mails and don't have a phone number so it's next to impossible to contact them. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - IT'S A SCAM!
Pretty Good Page but not as Good as SITEJABBER - I put a few shots on here And received some good ratings... Its has many types of photos you can enter and is pretty easy to use, But I think its had its Day
