I am 26, married, with ok credit but that did not matter to Shannon and the team at pierpoint mortgage. They were so helpful and were always there for me every step of the way. I grew up always hearing what a pain the mortgage process can be and i can honestly say that pierpoint blew away any fears i had about getting a home for my new bride and myself. Thanks team pierpoint!
Took 7 months to close on reverse mortgage. Pierpoint made a lot of promises and closing documents completely different including margin that is now open to change even after closing. Owner talked over me when I questioned terms. They refused to tell me who the title search company was even though mom paid for title search. Other guy there answers phone "hey beautiful" or "how's my favorite girl?" whenever I called. I was trying to secure jumbo reverse mortgage for my mother for a lot of money. Avoid this bait and switch Mickey Mouse company. And they are not local to your web search, another deception. They are in Michigan.

My ma needed me to move closer to her recently and I was about to do so thanks to Pierpoint. They made the process easy and i was pre approved for a new home near my mom in around three weeks. They are a nationwide business so I am a lifer and will tell the people i care about this place is the easiest place. I did not even need to leave my home i was able to scan all documents and phone calls took care of the rest.

We got pre-approved that SAME day! It took us about 2 weeks to find our perfect home and PierPoint Mortgage took it over from there... and we closed on our home the following week! WOW! I tried going through 2 banks and 1 other mortgage company for my home loan and finally I found PierPoint Mortgage. They have such a nice staff and are very reliable. Dustin was my loan officer at PierPoint Mortgage and he did an absolutely phenomenal job. My loan was completed within 15 days! He was very genuine and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend PierPoint Mortgage if you are looking for a home.
