I really wish I'd read all the reviews before I placed an order. I was just way too excited about finding what I was looking for, something that was sold out on other websites. About a week after I placed the order, I emailed to see if it had shipped or if they were planning to ship it. I had clicked the tracking link, but there was no info. I got an autoresponse and still no real response. I just emailed them again. It's been over 2 weeks. So far they haven't charged my card, but I'm still not comfortable with my order just being in limbo like that. This company, if it even exists, sucks.

I ordered pillows from the website. I had to call customer service to follow-up on my order before it was shipped. Once I received it, it was a different color than the picture on the website. They would accept a return of the merchandise as it was "on sale" (a really small discount). This site is a scam. Do not buy from this site. Spread the word so they can stop ripping people off!

This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. After nearly three weeks of waiting for my order (a duvet cover and pillow shams) I attempted to contact their customer service line. There were two phone numbers provided on their website. The first one I called was a disconnected number. The second number I called led me through a maze of options (press 1 for order inquiries, press 2 to place an order, etc. etc.) none of which led me to an actual customer service representative. I sent an email asking about my order and stating that if I did not receive confirmation that my order had indeed shipping, I would be reporting them to my credit card company as fraudulent. Not surprisingly, the one thing this company is adept at is charging your credit card immediately. Anyway, several days after sending my email I received a curt response and several more days after that, I received my duvet and shams in a beat up cardboard box. IT TOOK NEARLY A MONTH to get my order, with a whole lot of headache and worrying if I had been scammed in between. I strongly warn anyone against using this website. It was a customer service nightmare!

I think this website is a possible scam. I have placed an order a couple of weeks ago and still have not recieved any information. I have tried to call the customer service numbers and they lead to me a message that the "cell phone customer" is currently unavilable. I have been trying for hours during "open business hours". I have emailed, also with no response.

When I first initally made the order, I had a phone call from a representative and have tried to call that number back, only to hear that it temporarily out of service.

I am not having a good feeling about this "ONLINE STORE".

I do not reccomend it.
