This is my first experience of using PlayerUp website. I sold my account on 3/7/24. Everething was fine: fast creation of 3 way ticket, fast response to my question about previous scam attempt from the bad person, secure. Account was sold for 185$ and on 3/19/24 i got message that 160,95$ arrived to my Middleman Wallet Balance. Then i made attempt to Middleman Wallet Balance Cashout on 3/22/24 and got this message: "Your payment has been successfully scheduled to be sent and it will appear in your Account within an estimated 1-96 hours." After 1 week i started worrying and ask about current status of my payment but got only automated bot response. In my country PayPal not fully working so i choose BankTransfer (Global) method. Im really really confused from this website i created an account from the website and bought something instantly but i have recieved nothing on my email or anything that says that i bought it except that "skrill" the money website i use said that the money was transferred to playerup's account. I go on the website after that and everytime i try to contact anyone it says i dont have permission. Mike from VIP is a BS merchant.
Twice I put up negative reviews here only for my naive/hopeful self to take them down as requested in accordance of processing my order, whereby the buyer paid with their player balance.
It's a scam site just to be clear - they have no intention of paying.
I will not be replying now to any messages at Playerup or emails.
If you reply here asking me to go there to take down this review again, I will not oblige. I will not reply, only update potentially this review.
You've had plenty of time, you have all my info.
Only way to resolve this now is to see an email notification from paypal of funds deposited.

No reply from customer service so left neg review here few days a go.
Immediately CS responded requesting 4 times about removing neg review.
I did finally, but then gone quiet.
Now I will leave this review here with (edits) until funds are paid and once completed I will update it.
$80 might not seem much, but not homering your service effects peoples lives.

I bought an account yesterday and since then the money has left my bank account but as of yet I've not even received a email to confirm my purchase, I have no transaction ID either so I'm sat here just twiddling my thumbs $300 down and no account. I've messaged middleman in multiple different ways even in the urgent messages link they have left on other posts and got nothing back but an automated message,the only person that I can communicate with was the seller and they even think it's odd. If I can get this sorted ASAP then that would be great I didn't want to put this review up but I haven't been left with much of an option.

I have done like 4 sales as a seller on this site and I think it's safe to say I'm satisfied with it. So far I haven't got scammed and the MM transaction process is smooth that I could give game account information under less than 24 hour after 3 Way Ticket conversation were provided. Middleman system provides enough security checks that I have no doubt giving acc info like that. Although, my payment got delayed sometuimes (I probably did something stupid during the process lol) but got the money nonetheless so I'm happy. Keep it up!

I have made the order and paid it a week ago yet I never get a single response from the middleman other than those annoying automated responses, the seller couldn't deliver the account and I canceled the order on the 3 way conversion and asked for refund but then I found another deal on the site and asked to replace it yet no responses,, how long should I wait for this "middleman" to even send a single answer to me?

Edit: playerUp responded and is now resolving my issue

Edit 2: I decided to use their service again, made another new deal and bought an account but the seller couldn't deliver it so we both canceled the order and I asked for a refund but... same slowness. Only if they were faster with their processing and responding...

I've gone through PlayerUp and sold a game account, back in September 2024. It took about 1 month for them to credit my so called MM wallet with fund, which I then withdrew to my E wallet. Since then I've been waiting so long to get the money that supposed to be only passing through them.
There's no slightest transparancy in their process, I messaged them countless of times but they'll find excuces to stall the process
So this is a warning for those who want to sell on their site and using middleman service, Beware you would lose stuff instead of getting money.

1. A 72 year old woman who owns this credit card you attempted to use didn't authorize anyone on PlayerUp to use her credit card to make a purchase for a TikTok Account.

3. That single $5.15 payment was voided and returned to the cardholder last week for which you stole their credit card information to make a payment.

In conclusion the only one who scammed here was you who stole someones credit card information and then attempting to pretend as if you're a legitimate customer while fabricating / deceiving / blackmailing us.

My payment has been stuck on Playerup since a month. I tried changing payment methods. Added each and every detail of payment but i never recieved the payment since its going to be a month since i completed my 2 orders. This site seems to be fake and scamming the sellers. I open multiple tickets on playerup but there was no response. I tried contacting them on telegram but there is no response. I added my payment method of binance. They said its not supported. Then i added wise. But never get paid. This site seems to be fake, they lost my 2 products worth of 20$ and 20$ payment is also stuck on their website. Please do not use this website.

EDIT:
After posting this review, they have suspended my account because i've posted about their truth. They have taken my 20$. If binance is not supported then what a person should do? I added a new payment method but was never paid. After posting this review they have banned me from their platforms. Look how much scammers they are.

Still haven't been paid

Great website just wondering why funds haven't transferred. Maybe I mis read or something.
Website has always been easy to use and love being able to sell quick accounts, but I had a little bump in the road with a recent sale. I sold an account, it confirmed I completed the transactions 3 days later due to the buyer not confirming he got the account. Now I got an email confirming the funds / sale have been transferred / completed yet I have no credits in my mm balance or credits in general. I made a transaction for 199$ using PlayerUP credits then they made the transfer to the seller but when they opened the 3 way conversation another stuff is described. I bought a Clash Of Clans account for 199$ not a 7$ Battlefield one. I contacted support and no answer, contacted via twitter, instagram and only automated responses. I also opened a ticket In here is our 3 way conversation both me and the seller requested assistance but no response yet: Its a great page but im a little bit disapointed of the support. I'm willing to give full stars i just want two things if possible thank you and i will recommend the site to my friends:
