Claim Your BusinessI bought a Playstation 5 (Philippines) a couple of months ago. It was working fine. Now when I load a game it restarts with the message that the system was shut down incorrectly (when I have not shut it down), it is during the game load. I tried to get ahold of support on their website, on Facebook, and on Twitter with no result. To be clear, it is similar to when the power goes out and the system restarts and has the message the the system was shut down incorrectly and tis during the load of any game. I am now regretting that I bought this system. It cost me quite a bit. Absolutely zero customer support. Also before this, I signed onto Playstation Plus but my internet connection is not strong enough so I tried to cancel and get my money back, encountered the same problem. Unable to get hold of a person in customer support! Just a million answers that do not apply.

Tip for consumers:
If enough people have the bad experiences as I have had then this company will go out of business. Here in the Philippines I am unable to get a refund.
