I would give zero stars if that were an option. This company must not want to do business anymore, calls and emails are not returned.
Spent over 3 grand with this company in 2018. I have a torn screen and placed and order for a replacement screen with them 3 months ago. I have emailed multiple times and called at least two dozen times with no response. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not spend another dime with this company.
They do not return Telephone calls or emails. They got me a quote & now I have called at least 4 times & 4 emails over a period of 3 weeks. But no response!
I bought three Plisse screens to put on my three exterior doors to my house. I liked the idea of a vanishing screen that wouldn't snap out of my hands when unlatching. The screens were accordion style and pushed back into their casing fairly easily. I really liked these screens very much until two out of the three screens completely failed after only two years. The two that failed had sun exposure. I could no longer close the screens. There are many strings that hold these together and they couldn't handle the heat. There was supposedly a lifetime guarantee on the screens. I emailed the owner four times but never received ANY response. Some kind of response, even if it was just "the screens are not covered " under the "lifetime warranty". I can no longer recommend this product.
