We needed help with a new landing page. The team at postaprop created exactly what we needed for our "unique" offer. Customer service really worked with us to get it right. We hired them for video marketing too which was very professional and nicely done. 5 STARS.

“Do Not Use PostAProp”

When I first started using PostAProp in November of 2021, they set my landing page up and customer service was prompt. They set up my Facebook ads. I got some leads. Then things went downhill. They stopped responding to issues I was having. The landing page wasn't working anymore. I emailed, called. No response. They charged me for the annual plan in November of 2022 via PayPal and I disputed it and PayPal reimbursed me because PostAProp aka Kevin Wall did not reply or respond to the complaint. Who does that? I don't even know if this company is in business anymore.

Using it for a Facebook marketing ad. The listing pages are very nice. Marketing tips are good too with ad examples to copy.

I use it for my real estate agents. Thats who this service is for. Agents and Realtors l.

They offer a number of different campaigns. Buyer and seller landing pages. Also with Facebook landing pages designed for real estate leads. I find it easy to use. Price is a big plus.

Agents looking for landing pages should consider postaprop.

Post A Prop is a total joke and scam! Save your money! I have always been very skeptical of companies like these and wish I would have stayed that way. I found Post A Prop and went through reviews etc. I decided to ask for more info and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call so quickly. I will say that department does their job well. Once I decided to sign up (9/9/2021) I chose the Pro-Plan manage myself ad for $299. They were to design my ad have me approve it and post it on my behalf. I wasn't charge $299 I was charged $350 and then it took 1 month to get anything done. I would follow up (9/21/2021) to see what the hold up was and would be given all these excuses. They would say it was my fault because the domain name I own wouldn't work and I would need to get one through them. It did take me a week and a half to figure out why my wouldn't work and I ended up using one they suggested (10/12/2121). They gave me all the excuses in the book and even played the COVID card which if you think about it knowing how they are liers was BS too. It took until 10/15/21 for them to do their job I had paid for a month earlier. I had to send several emails asking for a preview and still didn't have anything to preview. I finally I was able to review an ad to approve (10/21/2021) which wasn't that great. I would expect more from a company that claims they've done this for 10+ years now but whatever. I did approve the ad and after a month of running it wasn't working at all, in fact I received many angry faces from people so I felt I was just pissing people off with their poorly made ad. I emailed to cancel my monthly subscription and ask for confirmation that it was canceled (11/19/2021). I never received that confirmation. They said it should be canceled (never sending confirmation) and continued to try and talk me out of canceling saying more excesses how it was my fault and every time I would ask just to send me my cancelation of my account and never got it. I sent follow up emails asking again being my card was still being charged (12/9/2021) and they said they'd check and give me a refund (no refund was received nor did I get the confirmation) On 12/15/2021 I followed up again stating I still hadn't received my refund or confirmation of my cancelation that was requested on 11/19/2021. They replied with they would get an update but the refund should have been done (it wasn't). I followed up once again (1/6/2022) asking for my cancelation confirmation and refund of the month that was charged without permission explaining my full disappointment on the service received and the lank of customer service I've received. He argued with me and gave more excuses for why they suck. I set a budge up at the every beginning and that's not what was set up in FB and I was also being charged now $250 from FB every other week for a crappy AD. They have been so rude during communication and deflect everything and still don't follow through with the request. I still haven't received a professional confirmation nor did it come with any instructions on how to close out the ad running or that I would need to be the one to do that. They did after many back and forth sent a email with the first sentence saying "Your account has been canceled for weeks". Not a formal cancelation if you ask me. I literally received that message on 1/6/2022 and was BILLED again on 1/9/2022 for another month. That's after I was told it was canceled. If I wanted to type more I would say word for word what their come back will be to my complaint but just go read other complaints and you'll see they just copy and paste a script blaming and excuses in the replies.
