I had purchased a camera from this site and never received a receipt notice in my email. So I called the customer service to ask about it after like 20 mins. The customer service person was so rude and almost yelled at me that the order has been cancelled. When I asked why, he said they don't have that anymore. I found his way of talking very rude. More over, it was disappointing to know that they did not have the camera I was looking for after placing the order. They had not advertised the camera as out of stock! Totally bad experience! Never buy from here!

I bought a camera, accessories and warranty for over $1200 for this terrible company based in Brooklyn, ny. I saw their price on google shopping for $200 less and thought what a deal. I purchased. Never got a comfiration email. I called and had to place order over phone. I received wrong camera worth $400 less. I called and told them and they were rude with me the entire time. I wanted to cacel but they were gonna charge 15% restock fee even though it was their mistake. I sent back everything including accessories. The finally shipped the camera out with zero communication. It randomly showed up and was missing $300 worrh of accessories. I called back and they were again very rude. I could also tell the camera box had been opened (missing warranty card, missing plastic on lens/camera.) I had to dispute the charge with amex, who are great, and was able to get the $300 back.
Buy from reputable, well known company and stsy FAR from powershotdigital or any of the other websites associated with them.
