I found this useful website, www.pretrip.com. It's a search platform for agencies around the world, nothing special so far but it has the option of writing a destination wishlist. I wrote i wanted to fly to Thailand from Israel where i was staying at the time and the maximum i was willing to pay for a one way was 700$. I received an offer from a Thai agency for 650$ including taxes and i booked immediately :)
