This is the website for a sub-brand of Licorices.com. As the name suggests, they offer various flavored pretzels. They offer a pretty wide selection of flavors at pretty reasonable prices. The amount of pretzel sticks you get in each tube container is good. In my first purchases through them, I chose the buttermilk ranch, loaded nacho, chipotle cheddar and brick oven pizza flavors. All of them were good and tasted authentic to the real thing. So if you are a fan of pretzels, I highly recommend you give them a shot.

No contact phone number for customer service. Sent email today and requested full refund or I would file fraud charges. They claim to be a Pennsylvania company yet they are based out of Delray Beach FL. My opinion this company is a huge scam!

I regret that I did not check reviews before placing an order. Their info says 5-7 business days for delivery. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and even given non business days we are way past the time indicated. I have sent several emails to inquire about the order...took them a week to answer an email...and still no info on ship date. Terrible way to conduct business.Will NEVER deal with them again!
Ordered 8 cans. Six were gifts, two we kept. Arrived late. Opened one box Christmas morning, the Sea Salt Carmel pretzels were stale and lacked any semblance of taste. Then opened butter cinnamon and it too was stale with poor flavor. Feel sorry for the family we gave the pretzels to as a gift. Nice packaging though. Lost a customer here.
I ordered the sweet pretzels.com apple strudel. I was very disappointed. I expected the flavor to be baked into the pretzel as they are with other pretzels. But no it was sprinkled on top which means that most of the flavor was laying in the bottom of the container and you had to invert it, shake it, upside down to get any on the pretzel. Was too much money for this. I'll stick with Dots.

Ordered products 11/29/2023, ads on website state 3–4-day delivery, shipment was not delivered until 12/28/2023. I had cancelled the entire order 12/13/2023, then Pretzels.com shipped the order 12/15/2023. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and still get a run around. I asked for return labels Sebastian said they were sent. Two weeks later still no return labels, then a msg from Sebastian stating Pretzels.com cannot accept food returns. I have filed a complaint with the FBI and anytime I see a commercial on TV I write the station to stop advertising their products.

Their products are mediocre, they play up their "Lancaster County, PA" connection and their headquarters is in South Florida, their founders are three fictitious first names (I guess they don't have last names or they're too embarrassed to share them), they offer no refunds or credits, and their logistics management is the worse. We order $2,000 worth of pretzel for client gifts in November and they arrived on Friday (too late to deliver to clients)... and they sent the wrong order. What a hot mess!
Ordered 3 canisters of these pretzels. Smoked Gouda, bourbon bacon and Buffalo ranch. Was really disappointed with the flavor. For the cost I expected them to be great. I can get much better flavor from supermarket brands for a lot less money.

Ordered three boxes for Christmas. No confirmation came for any of them and only one box was delivered. They were stale and tasteless. I contacted them twice by email and they contacted me the first time to say that they were refunding me. Never got it. Wrote a review on their website and it was taken down the next day. They only keep 5 star reviews. Contacted my credit card company about them. What a scam.
I feel completely ripped off. I ordered several kinds. The honey mustard was overpowering. The cinnamon sugar was blah and the sea salted caramel did not taste of caramel. In fact, I found the caramel really nasty. What a waste of money. I threw them all out.

I order 3 different things totaling $87. They never sent me a confirmation email for my order, so I had no way to check the status. I used PayPal, they had no problem taking my money! I messaged them twice before hearing back. When they finally sent my order info, they only sent me 1 of 3 things I ordered. Their customer service is crap, all it is is a form you fill out, and you just have to hope they get back to you! I tried getting support through texting (which they told me to do), but I got no response there. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this company. I'm not sure if I'll get the rest of what I paid for, a refund, or if I just lost $30+ on stuff I ordered but never received!
I ordered from pretzels. Com what a joke. I paid for fast shipping I am still waiting for delivery to my son. I emailed asking for my tracking number and I get a robot response! Do not order from this company, no customer service. My over 70 order still in limbo and I want a refund for fast shipping! Stay away!

I had no problem paying $72 for pretzels but I just wanted what I ordered and I was very understanding and professional with my attempts to rectify the situation however Customer Service didn't care... very unfortunate. Btw I can forward my e mail communication with customer service if anyone is interested.
Sent this company five emails over the course of two weeks regarding an order that never arrived. Total radio silence! No phone number on their website nor on their parent website. Gift that was ordered early November and guaranteed delivery by Christmas is still not delivered.
READ the reviews. It is a b.s. Company. Questions are answered by a computer, yes its AI! Get your pretzels elsewhere.

I ordered 4 different kinds. Two Pretzels and two others. They sent the two other but I have not gotten my pretzels. I have sent email after email and no one has gotten back to me. This company just does not care about making sure you get what you paid for.
I ordered the 3 stack pretzels for $36. I then accidentally ordered 2 more packages. When I tried to cancel my order I was instead charged an additional 3 packages. Over $200 in product. There is no way to call and I feel riipped off. I have put in a dispute but so far no answer.
It states you will get your product 5 days or less! It's been a week still waiting tracking showing unknown! I've contacted customer service no reply! I won't EVER order from them again

On January 25,2024, I ordered six different packs of pretzels. It arrived on January 29th. I opened three tubes on 2/1/24. The Garlic Parm was not sealed, and a couple of inches of pretzels were gone. AND there was mold on the pretzels, see picture. I immediately filed a report and sent the picture. No response. I used their forms two more times, and there was no response. Today is 02/06/24. Still no response. Their website has no physical address, phone number, or direct email. NO ONE CARES. BUYERS BEWARE

Stay away from this business. I ordered 12 tubes of pretzels for 4 different friends and expected to get gift boxes. (3 tubes per gift box). Didn't get and I sent them an email and they said I didn't specify gift boxes on my orders. I responded can I purchase 4 boxes? Got Nada response from them. Jingle bells!
