I put in a request for a refund for an item that didn't fit. After following up with them twice, I get some stock standard response and then raio silence. Still haven't stock standard response and then radio silence. Still haven't heard back and haven't received my refund. Very unimpressed. Do not purchase any items from this company. You're better off going elsewhere and trying items on, knowing what you're getting in the first place.
