The one time $87.00 and the monthly $19.95 is separate from what you will be paying savingmakesmoney.com for the $1,000 cash advance. There is a 'submit' button and of course if you click it you have agreed to pay all that I just mentioned. To me this is a Scam and I am reporting them to the BBB.
