Thomas Pappas, A Greek Bankruptcy attorney who has a conflict of interest representing clients of Bank of America that have filed for bankruptcy, should NOT be representing the Bank causing the businesses to go broke. Bank of America is one of the banks that won't opt in to the SBA RAPID forgiveness of SBA loans under the CARES act, and the reason is that they are not forgiving loans in full and they have to required by federal law (Bank Fraud). Thomas actually is AIDING Megan Scholz of BOA and not advising her that she does not have power to alter bank loans. He should have told his own client bank fraud is a crime. However, he has become party to the crime and is asking NH federal Judges Johnstone and McAuliffe to commit bank fraud with them and cover for it. Thomas refuses to use the electronic mail system to serve court paperwork, and defaulted himself, asked them to cover for that. When emails proved Megan Scholz VP of Bank of America committed the crime of bank fraud as revenge for a NH business seeking full forgiveness for a properly used loan, he asked that those emails as evidence be "stricken" from the court record. He and Megan both lied, Megan in emails, Thomas to a Federal judge, stating that my business did not "meet the standards" for a loan, when it did. It was APPROVED by another staff VP at BOA, and the SBA. Why are both BOA and Thomas Pappas asking that judges engage in bank fraud, coverup, and theft of federal care funds when the secret service is tracking the unpaid loans? Billions have not been forgiven, how much is BOA involved in? And why is Thomas Pappas aiding in the crime? Thomas received my stolen tax records from Megan Scholz from BOA, and they had to be stricken. That made him complicit, and he has continued to use the legal system to insult, derail and lie to the judge about a lawful business. What's in his wallet?
