Print runner is awful. They took two weeks to send a print approval to my email before printing. This caused the labels to run late. Instead of recognizing their mistake and making it right they charged me $170 to overnight the postcards. Once the postcards arrived, 90 cards were missing and they will not print more without having a photo of the shipping box. I do not have a photo as the postcards are sent to a fufillment center and they destroyed the box. It's 90 postcards that probably costs the company 1 cent to make and they will not fix their mistake. My company has been a customer of print runner for 5 years, but I will never use them again.
So I ordered some meal prep sleeves for my business and got my shipment in... I didn't get sleeves, but rather 250 pieces of useless paper!. So I call to return the order, and they did everything but excepted a return/refund of product that was not what they advertised! TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE SERVICE, STAY FAR AWAY! This place needs to be shutdown! Horrible interaction with customer! If I could give them a "0" rating I would!

We ordered plastic cards and they are barley thicker than the average business card. They are cheap and we cant use them. However, I really like the design and the print itself is good. We will continue to print our plastic cards at Vista Print though.

Terrible customer service, terrible site, bait and switch pricing. I wanted simple 1 color window envelopes. They took the order and my money, but then said that price was only for non window. Then they wanted TRIPLE the price for window envelops.
PLEASE RUN AWAY
Run as far away possible from this site.

We made an order for our family small business during this cover pandemic, we paid over 1k for stickers and they arrived missing elements of the images and they will not refund or reprint. They wear you down with email after email requesting the same photo over and over again. All this after a discount was promised from the beginning and never received. Horrible horrible company to deal with. Spend more elsewhere it's not worth the time or worry.

ORDER # ******* -I purchased 2 different labels and I not satified with the 2nd label because after I confirn the job. The labels print is smaller tha expected and its not what I wanted. I have purchased label before so I reorder the same label but this is a new job. The shipping was excelleant but I waste my money on label I will not be able to use this on my products becaue its too small. Last week I had project to print 1,000 5x7 invitation cards. But when I started to read reviews for different printing companies I was very confused. Some of them averaged 1-2 stars. I was wondering what's going on. Why would someone say 'stay away from this company" etc. Was it because their printing quality was bad? Was it because they didn't crop design correctly? A lot of companies had similar price plus minutes $20 for thousand cards, however when I went to check out, some charged $112 for shipping, yet PrintRunner had free shipping. So I took a gamble and absolutely LOVE final product. Company asked for 4 business days to print, but I got tracking number on 3rd day. And because I'm in Cali, package arrived within 2 days. So glad it worked out.

We purchased these bookmarks to help market our new book on healthcare careers. We used the cover of the book and made a bookmark. Printrunner had one of the best prices for this item and the quality is excellent. We initially purchased 2,000 but then went and bought another 2,000. They are great giveaways, convey the message, and at a price that can't be beat! And with free shipping! Overall awesome deal! Thank you!
All I can say is I am extremely disappointed. Here's my story.
I'd bought from PrintRunner in the past. I had bought a total of 5 batches of stickers from them, and only really had a problem with one.
When I got the stickers, they were cut very unevenly, and the color was pretty far off. Keep in mind this was 1000 stickers. They were all messed up in the same way. I decided, well, I haven't had any issues in the past, so I'll shoot them an email. My deadline was coming up, but they shipped the stickers out about 5 days early.
On November 14th, I got the stickers.
On November 15th, I sent them an email.
On November 16th, they responded back giving me a form to fill out about the issues.
On November 21st, 2 days before my deadline, I got an email and voicemail from an
"Issue Resolution Specialist". They agreed there was a problem, and gave me a $33.73 credit to reorder the number of stickers that were affected.
On November 21st, around 30 minutes later, I responded asking for their original file so I could fix the colors and asked if I would be charged shipping (the website said I would, it was ~$25, pretty much the same amount as those stickers)
On late November 23rd, I sent another email, by forwarding the email from the 'specialist' to the main customer care email, hoping someone could get it sorted quickly before the thanksgiving holiday. Keep in mind it was past my deadline at this point.
On November 24th, they responded saying that they will call me back when normal business hours resume. (did not tell me when they resumed, it is not listed anywhere obvious on website.)
Today, December 4th, I sent another email asking why I had not yet got a response, 15 days later.
Now I am sitting here almost 2 weeks after the deadline, without any response or properly made stickers. I didn't need them by the original deadline, but I needed them now
So no, I don't recommend PrintRunner to anyone, and I will be letting those that I did recommend it to, and the person who recommended them to me what happened here.
Even if they fix the problem at this point, I don't intend on changing the review. They messed up my stickers, all I want is for it to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, at no charge to me.
Always easy to order and awesome service. Orders arrive on time if not sooner! I have been using Printrunner for 10 years plus.
I have my own website that I sell merchandise on & I owe a lot of my great product quality to PrintRunner. This is the best printing company! I've used them over 5 times. Have sent them different type of files. From print jobs on stickers, flyers, business cards, to posters. All different sizes. All turned out great! Better than I've expected actually. Their customer service is also great! Turn-around time is even better. I will continue to use them for years on. Very happy customer.

We'd used these clowns in the past (Spent 1000's with them and their many other business names) and had been jerked around endlessly, so we left and used another printshop. Decided to see if they had improved over the last year, and foolishly made a small label order on Dec 2. Originally given a Dec 12 date for delivery.
File review didn't go well, and their guys changed (Squashed) the image and left a huge empty border around the image (Original was well within the Safe and Trim zones from their own template)
Contacted chat to cancel and get refund, was assured by rep that the border would not be present in the final print. So resubmitted the same file, it took over 16 hours to review the file this time, and when we accepted the date of delivery had changed to Dec 20... That's 18 days from date of order to delivery date for 1000 cheap labels!
Shop elsewhere, do your research, check the online reviews (Horrible) they are still as incompetent as they were a year ago.
Lesson learned here though, we'll not be back!
UPDATE: Absolute crap posted in your defense Printrunner. You can send me as much as you want after the fact. The fact remains that your guys messed with the original design, squashing the image into some imaginary 'safe space'. We rejected the revised proof file and it all went downhill from there.
The delivery date was absolutely given originally as 12/12/19, then changed to 12/20/19 after I contacted and resubmitted the original files for review again (This time with your very own template Safe Zone and Trim Lines included) - I even stated in the comments box on the review proof page that we did not need the template lines removing before you printed the labels as we had had labels printed in the past by you that actually still had these template guidelines on them.
We actually sent the same file to another printer yesterday as we were going to contact you and cancel the order (Which we attempted to do yesterday with your overseas chat rep) They accepted the file without question and we will have those labels next week. As I told your crappy Facebook messenger representative during our private messages, its fine, we will wait then we will vote with our feet and never use you again. We will also be sure to let every business we know who uses labels not to deal with you guys if they want a competent company with good customer service.
Its very amusing and telling that your 'public' representations are nothing like the 'private' messages we received from you. Seems like Printrunner actually employ somebody full time to answer the hundreds of dissatisfied customers who's reviews are all over the internet.

CAVEAT EMPTOR - There are much better and more professional companies out there, do a little research and you'll see that my complaint is the norm and not the exception.
I ordered 3 sets of stickers from 3 different companies. Printrunner took the longest. They offered ZERO help when I needed it. I asked them to change a shipping address for me BEFORE my item was shipped and they denied me. They lied and said the product had been "shipped" even though the shipping label hadn't been created yet. They wanted to CHARGE ME AGAIN to re-ship my order, but I re-routed my package before they had the chance! Wtf?! Absolutely terrible. A total disgrace. I advise you to use Sticker Mule instead. They charge a little bit more, but they're much faster, their product is of a higher quality, and their customer service is excellent. -- PRINTRUNNER SUCKS!
